RE: 'Deadline For Permit'22 Jan 2019 11:03
I emailed him and copied on here asking all questions, he’s ignoring it cos the questions are too hard. My resolution will be to send him the email every day again and again until he replies.
Colin,
I will keep this brief as you know I have been highly critical of your management of AST and recent events have again given me more cause for concern, I am heavily invested in AST and am loathed to sell out at a loss hence why I do care. This latest debacle of the Primary Bid has shown again how things can be handled better-
1. Bid launched on a Friday night again, comes across very sneaky and underhand
2. No value for the primary bid, a target would have been helpful and again stunk of desperation
3. No clear status of what exactly funds are to be used for, ie. legal case commence, well performance improvements.
AST new guy who has a wealth of experience, his comments would have helped and aides filling some confidence in shareholders.
We are now at one of the most testing times for AST with Minister Jure Leben & ARSO allegedly seemingly to try their best to destroy the company by just delaying a permit decision, no yes or no. Although everyone is sympathetic to AST situation when is someone in politics gonna be brave enough to ask how do you go from a point of permits being issued to now weeks later no answer, and yet Slovenia wants foreign investment.
Add to this now a call by some shareholders for an EGM, with different agendas with the most extreme being to call for you to be removed from CEO position as shareholders have lost faith in your ability to manage this company.
I urge you to arrange the shareholder engagement call that has been promised for weeks, you can’t just keep waiting on a wing and a prayer that the permits may be issued, arrange the call, bring in the new expert, let him detail what technology and techniques are to be used to prolong well life, increase output and ensure AST survives through this very testing time. Be brave and bold, strong and most of all be a leader.
1. Well Performance Improvements to increase revenue
2. Renewal of deal to sell gas to INA
3. Field license extension 2022
4. Your remuneration now to full time, really with the company on its knees?
5. Legal case
Come on Colin, let’s not now fold.
Regards,
