Let’s look at that pearl of wisdom- The shares need to be consolidated- okay consolidate means pull together and SP lifts? then fund raising begins for new asset - okay at elevated price, but still same number of shares currently can be raised, that’s what I understood, so in essence don’t actually raise anymore money than would have been at this share price, ie if 2 shares are needed for 1 new share, the totalled allowed share raise allocation would have as well, and pray for a 10 bagger to get out at 3p in 2 years- what is magically gonna happen in 2 years?? Also permit might drop and you have two assets in play - no Shoot sherlock
