Colin, Hope you are well and had a safe & productive trip to Slovenia. Another week has now gone by with no news from the ARSO department on status of the permits. Monday will be the last half trading day before the Xmas close and I hope you will be releasing an RNS to state that legal proceedings have begun, I feel for you and also understand that there is now no other course left as the Slovenian government agencies and ministers are in my opinion operating way beyond the realms of fairness and legality. With regards to next year I am hoping we will also be told of the plans to keep the lights switched on? I know the income from the gas sales to INA is dropping each month and covering the costs will become an issue, decisive action is needed, anyone would think that it’s in someone interest to pummel AST so far that they go bankrupt but of course that can’t be proved. I wish you the best and as I said I hope we will see an official rns prior to year end and also look forward to the shareholders call you will arrange for January assuming there will be something new materially to speak about then.

Feel the same buddy, another week and nothing from the ARSO les, want to see a confirmation from CH that the letters have been sent confirming legal proceedings have commenced to all parties before Xmas shutdown, and yes I have emailed him the same. Suggest anyone who agrees should tell him the same, the time for sitting on our hands and awaiting an outcome is over. Imho.

What stop asking CH for a plan? The compression equipment if this is gonna give benefit then why hasn’t it been installed already? Actually think someone found a company who do trials for it and even loan it. So why aren’t we having that already so that the revenue from on going gas is maximised???

Well the market and everyone can only go off what Colin imminent says. Right now it seems all eggs in one basket, hope the permits come good. In the new year I would like to see Colin deliver the strategy- 1. Commence legal proceedings against Slovenian State, ARSO and the Minister, the lawsuit against the minister is the one I’m keen to see. Explain also the funding for proceedings..... 2. Existing operations- number of people employed, lay people off and ensure that this is plastered all over the media that due to no permits and forced to carry out lawsuit these people lose their jobs 3. Employ the ex head of ARSO as an advisor 4. Explain the current contract to INA, how can we maximise the output to keep income coming in All imho.... time to show some balls and strength....

Why mess about, they had long enough and even the evidence they released questioned their own department of wrong doing, their own minister that was dismissed / resigned, their own processes that have caused failure. Re-entering the wells which has been approved before and was on the verge now, no reason why this permit shouldn’t be awarded. I think regardless of Permit award we should still sue for damages and take them to court, would ensure future ministers don’t think they are a law to themselves just because their NGO mate is whispering in their ear after being beaten in court numerous times, imho.

How much lower? Being pummelled again and again, fact is the company has no debt at all, held ransom by Slovenian environment minister who is an attention seeking loser, but alas life isn’t fair.... imho

The sell price moved higher to 0.29 now and you can sell into the millions on dummy sell. Buywise you can buy 1000gbp for 0.312, but then 5000gbp was 0.345, anything higher like 10k gbp goes to no trade, however keeps changing at one point this morning you could dummy buy 50k gbp worth of shares so there certainly isn’t a shortage of shares with the MMs. Imho no one knows what to do, I mean it hasn’t been a yes or a no on the permits, just delay after delay, would be happier to know it is a no and we have commenced legal proceedings.

Option 3: convince a law firm to take the case on with a higher % of the settlement, start the full media battle to ensure that any company which takes a risk to invest in Slovenia ensures they have the government by the balls. Imho, the slovenians dont realise that okay this may not stop investment in Slovenia but any companies will ensure that they have the upper hand.....

To be fair the majority of us didn’t do any of the abusive emails or even the comedy ones - which we condemn to high heaven Most were just asking for fair process Alas though I wouldn’t tag him in anything, better to not tag him and he will be seeing it all and it will be cutting him up anyways. He’s also getting loads of abuse for his double standards, challenging climate control but not challenging the coal burning.... he will fall on his own sword, his ambitions are already ensuring that he is found out.... imho

The truth will set you free, pity that the project is still being held back, estimates are that given freedom to develop the field it could meet upto 10% of Slovenia’s gas requirements and giving them their first source which is homegrown. Wake up Slovenia. And you are skipping to suspension.... imho, until the slovenians wake up nothing will happen.

So colon is in Slovenia today, maybe part of his normal jolly, expense trip or maybe he is having some meaningful meetings. I would ask what next, he had said he is willing to do a shareholder call in January hopefully when some progress is made. My question is can’t see any fundraise currently as without the permits who would want to invest, what I would like to see though is future salaries paid in shares I mentioned this to Colon and obviously he avoided that question..... imho

Way over sold imho, however I think the behaviour of CH is contributing as well. Fact is there is still gas in the ground, the asset hasn’t gone away, the court process seems to be only route now as well as the gentle persuasion through other means....

How many more 3.5M shares does the dude or dudet have left to sell, surely can’t be more. Intestingly enough let’s see if any interest starts to pick up, can’t see this till the new year now.. imho
