WhyAST he replied back to me, but like always only answered the part of the question he was able to or wanted to, I have pressed him again. He sent me the notice from the government for the review outcome, is gibberish really, and I am not posting as I can’t verify it’s for him and almost got me banned last time. I suggest if you want to feel free to copy my email and send him or add your own bits, feels all a bit to out of his depth if you ask me.

Suggest you all email Colin for the information I asked for, he has only sent me the bit from the government and not answered the rest of my questions so I have queried him further, reason I say all email him then he gets the message that simply ignoring shareholders isn’t the right way to go forward, if we end up in litigation he needs to keep shareholder abreast of developments.... imho

I think you are giving CH too much credit, would think it was our JV being proactive. But anyways at least we are getting some coverage.

WHYAST exactly and after the previous government welcomed and supported the investment into getting their own gas resources. That whole thing should be forefront of a media war, conned into investing. Imho.

I don’t like him full stop. My email wasn’t polite, it was a gentle slap in the face to show him what a plan looks like, and being a CEO of a company on a significant sum of money you would have thought he’s capable of formulating this. But he can’t, right now for all intensive purposes it seems like he’s hiding in a cupboard crying. Might as well be as he doesn’t share any of the strategic plans. Stockdale, I’m sorry but on all of this CH hasn’t been cleaner than clean, my view. And yes I agree certain things to get a route to market, but wait we are a gas producer, shock horror he has done his job. Anyways I don’t agree with his methods in that he goes underground for long periods of time to only re appear with the next bombshell and then to disappear again. Imho that’s what he does.

CH has gone silent and doesn’t learn his lesson. From the last rns we had a couple of options- 1. Permits get issued and then we continue with project 2. Legal action as permits aren’t issued, carry on with minimal gas supply to keep running and costs are low 3. Debt free company and look at new opportunities in Croatia with a join venture partner (I am assuming INA) - this is the one that needs maturing, and sorry to say with CH and CC involved I doubt there will be much uptake, these clowns have ran this company into the ground much before the whole debacle with the government, imho. Needs someone new who will work this through and deliver shareholder value, which sadly these two are incapable of. Imho.

I really would love to be given a chance to run a company one day, why you ask. After seeing CH poor attempt and these BOD, am sure that could do a better job. I honestly think that the next company I invest in (if I ever get my money out of here), will definitely make sure the BOD have a decent amount of money linked to the companies performance, would be great if there was legislation that part of salary and I mean base salary gets paid in shares, that would really make sure that the BOD perform. Dear Colin, Hope you are well and preparations for Xmas are going well. I notice that to date we still haven’t had any official correspondence I believe from either Minister Jure Leben not ARSO? How long will this continue for, simply sitting patiently like we have done for the last 4 years obviously isn’t working and time has come for positive action when the share price is near an all time low, your continued silence isn’t helping and I believe soon enough shareholders will again be forced to take matters into their own hands. If you are doing things that would provide a re assurance to shareholders, doesn’t need a RNS, simple tweets of your activity would help and assure shareholders that you are trying your best in this very bad situation. Environment Agency - Review Outcome In the Dec 6 update the company confirms it had recieved the outcome of the review undertaken by the EA. Can you make this available to shareholders please? Am sure this can be shared as is public information?? Right now as shareholders we need a clear plan of your next steps, I believe I have raised this to you before as well with little response. Would be great to see you set some deadlines with a plan- 1. Deadline for response from ARSO 2. Legal action letter submitted and to who 3. Raise the matter higher within British government and Slovenian government, you are asking for official communication on status and permit application outcome not lobbying for it to be passed 4. Depending on outcome commence legal proceedings, I would like to see legal proceedings against the department as well as individuals. Enough is enough. Legal proceedings should be I assume in Slovenian courts and European courts at the same time. I hope you will take some positive steps soon, we only have realistically one week of working left before Xmas shutdown and leaving shareholders in limbo over the Xmas period will not bode well in my opinion. CH I would like to believe he has a plan, but I’m sorry, he dropped his balls as soon as he had picked them up and threatens court action, he then regretted it, wtf. After 4 years of waiting for a process that should take 6 months, grow a pair and be strong, being nice hasn’t got us anywhere. Imho.

Another day passes closer to the Xmas shutdown, amazing how the minister wanted to streamline the process on point of permits almost getting issued, I will write a novel on experience of Slovenia to ensure no company ever invests there without ensuring they can get one over on the government, brace for another day of chopping down the SP further, alas what more is there left.
