It doesn’t say any dialogue to ask that question, the information commission said the review of permits is over but didn’t give a decision???

Exactly. Many of us sent emails supporting the BCC and the ambassador to support AST in the time of need, at the same time tweets were pointing out his unjust this process was being and damaging the Slovenian image to outward investment, interesting how none of them tweets are shown. Bad news sells, sensationalism, but what Minister Jure lemon needs to realise is that the media quickly turn on what will sell and hopefully he will fall on his own sword. Imho.

From the RNS We have received the conclusions from the internal review carried out by the Environment Ministry via the Information Commissioner and the conclusions largely relate to the internal processes of the Environmental Agency. It makes conclusions on public relations procedures within the environment agency and the internal processes of the organisation. The focus of the review was therefore the process and not the content of the application. The Environmental Agency's internal review has now apparently concluded however we understand that a number of abusive emails are now the subject of a police investigation. If the review is concluded, what is the decision on the permits,???,,

The no win no fee option would be a good indicator, ie if you show all the information to the lawyers and they agree to take the case on the basis they get a bigger chunk of the settlement then that would show the prospects of winning imho.

The guys a drama queen plain and simple, has time to meet everyone else but not the companies where he had caused a tweet storm. He needs to be sued personally, and hit his pocket hopefully that will teach him a lesson, imho.

The contents and integrity of this report were commended by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Environment to Members of the Slovenian Parliament in a letter of 17 October 2012. At the same time, the Ministry drew the MPs’ attention to a report by the European Commission, which makes a distinction between the extraction of hydrocarbons from shale, widely used in the USA, and the extraction of hydrocarbons from sandstone, as in Petišovci. Minister Jure Lebens review of the paperwork will take longer than the permit application should take in totality, this clown is showing just how much of a Mickey Mouse country Slovenia is being perceived to be.... hopefully he gets asked to resign because of his actions, imho....

Think it’s time to prosecute sinister Jure Leben not CH, imho...

Will wait for the RNS, but if true then is good news imho...
