Convex.... the root cause is the amount of time that ARSO les have taken to process applications anyways, the time for talk is over and would rather that funds raised now are used to pursue legal action rather than pay for salaries whilst we sit on our hands and wait. The European small claims court processing fee for a claim of 5000 Euro’s is 200 euros, I am tempted to gamble it anyways and put the case forward with Minister Jure Leben as the responsible party, citing that he released market sensitive information in a Tweet rather than formal communication with the Permit submission party, and since then still hasn’t rectified the error through formal communication, basically attention seeking on a social media platform, imho

I really think it’s time for at least a letter pushing for a response, until then we don’t know what we are dealing with.... imho

That’s where AST and GEO need to take it by the jugular now, waited patiently weeks and no formal response from either the minister or ARSO, write the letter now and lay out the objections to the way that the review was communicated, but go back in history and explain all the constant delays, all the miss direction and lastly grow a pair of balls and formally communicate the intent to take the minister and ARSO to court, both Slovenian and European, rhe reasons why and give a timeframe for a response. No response commence legal proceedings. All imho,

That’s bang on, who knows what’s been sent? Majority of shareholders who communicated would have probably commented how long the process has taken. If there were personal threats then let the police deal with that and track down the culprits. He now needs to present the info. That shows that due process on the permits hasn’t been followed and that they should be re submitted, not just his social media crusade, official letters that then would allow legal action to commence. There is no other way, fund raise to sue the minister of evil personally and ARSO les. Imho.

I also think we should start the European small claims court procedure directly against Minister Jure Leben as he is seriously out of control. The accusations that are being thrown about and all with little or no official communication, really, is this an official who seems to do what he feels like. Imho.

The article refers to 8th August 2018, meeting with the BCC and there are no minutes from the meeting? So in round about terms are they accusing the BCC of wrongdoing? And the BCC are trying to promote more trade. What a joke? And the emails he refers to, take it to court and then show that for years nothing was said to the ARSO les by shareholders, when they got sick and tired of waiting then they asked questions, and that’s what minister Leben evil is using as his excuse?
