Exactly whyast, but can’t see why the Slovenian are making a mountain out of the tweets and emails, and some of the content is like Trumpmania, open mouth first and think later, whether the translations have errors, it’s definite that they are looking at the bad foreigners who have tried to muscle their way through according to them, be interesting if any comment comes from the British ambassador, they have singled her out as an entity, but the translation also says at the meeting there were Green Party entities as well,.. or lost in translation???

From the news article it was the tweet showing a nuclear explosion that seems to have dug deep. As someone said very Mickey Mouse operation if they are quoting tweets that could be from anyone, and more importantly what does that say for anyone looking to do business in Slovenia, don’t bother as anyone can tweet a minister or department and the blame will fall on the investment company... ludicrous. And when CH said investors shouldn’t contact the agencies, he opened the door to trouble makers who took the opportunity to cause more havoc. They should all really stick to the facts, the information submitted officially was to assess permits and make a decision, stick to that rather than tweets, but seems the minister thinks tweets are an official communication channel as there is little that comes direct to anyone everything is through the media... complete farce... imho

The treatment of AST by the ministers intent on ensuring AST go bust needs highlighting to every potential investor in Slovenia, not just companies but also any individuals looking at property investment there, why invest somewhere where the goal posts move, no one seems to adhere to any laws.... imho

Where do we go down to tomorrow SP wise, I can’t see how we keep getting hammered though as no permits must now be priced in, maybe it is time to offload the asset for whatever we can and allow another company to have a go with more backing ie INA, question is though and this will be the killer, is the door on permits closed fully and the end of the line, we need proper answers on what the minister wants, ie his reasons for forcing the other minister to resign and these so called inconsistencies in permit issuing he had found.... stitch up job however this ends up, brings me back to Sophie the ambassadors tweet a while ago saying that the permits are a Slovenian government decision, was she slapped on her wrist then for lobbying? All is very shifty right now, if ends up she gets the blame how does that fit with her future in Slovenia????

Most of us with an average SP of around 2p or above not sure where we go, we don’t have a choice but to fight on and support the placing, but how long will CH and co. go on, he will be wanting a full salary rather than half as he is now, if he goes and finds another job then where do we end up, how do we attract a CEO with no money in the bank.... questions....
