I've know for 5 years here the amount of trolls and wannabes possibly far exceed those wanting a decent conversation.

But again, I'll give Punter a chance to actually talk about this news - if he/she wants to of course.

I'm not trolling sir - I'm invested in HE1 (possibly before you did) and I'm concerned about the news (true or not) that HE1 want to issue two thirds of current shares into their MCap.

As a decent investor, I'd have thought you'd expect the same questions to be asked. I don't know then facts, hence I'm asking questions.

Stop being self important and either answer the question with a decent reply, or don't comment.

Far to many 'investors' on the LSE forums who throw their dummy's out the pram when someone asks a question that disagrees with their ethic of "This share is wonderful and will never fail".

No hate to you Punter... but you need to grow up a little if you think investing is about blindly putting your money in a pot and when someone asks a question contra to your ideal, you cry and offer no form of decent answer.

I feel the news of a two third dilution being rather important - if you are a true investor, you'd talk to me about it rather than counter my question with hostility.

Yes sir - invested well above current SP (which is my issue, nobody else's) - sounds like way before you invested, but that matters not a jot friend.

Again, I'm not here for beating forum members up, I'd just like to hear some facts that I'm not aware of.

Basic maths suggest 0.28p as a buy in. Not my opinion, just fact if what has been reported is correct.

A lot of "willy wangling" here (like most of the LSE boards), but it's often a good idea to get a true facts to then approach matters in a true investment perspective. We don't want to lose money from being silly playground children do we?

However, I'm not new to AIM and to suggest the ability to exercise ahead of doing so usually suggests something in close is the near future - hopefully not.

The suggestion alone gives reasons of concern. The whole amount is warranted by those buying surely? So it could be 100%, it could be 50% or anything in-between?

All I can do, we due diligence, is hold off on new purchases until this runs it's course, but I do agree with you that HE1 has value, possibly far more than we think (MCap wise), but maybe a good time to stand on the sidelines and see what happens?

Basic maths is a 52.08M MCap company issuing two thirds of current shares (currently SP of 0.84p) - so keeping that MCap, that reduces the SP to 0.28p.

Again, I'm not privy to the information here, but if a two third increase in issue is correct, then that isn't wrong.

I'd like to hear honest thoughts on that not being the case?

That's a lovely thought Punter1234, but what is being reported is a two third share issue. That isn't good. Unless I'm reading nonsense and this isn't true?

No change in sentiment from me - I think I said 1034? That seems about right.

Having been with RR for 5 years now, the ridiculous ceiling values do seem to affect this (and other) stock(s). £10 is a break through, but with prior knowledge, it will go onto £12 as planned come Dec 2025. We just have to wait a little longer for the 24% retailers to cash in (and good for them) as milestones are there to be achieved.

Nobody set's a mile stone (cash in) of £9.98 for instance! 😂

Like your style Cev! To be honest, it wasn't a cheap dog and we usually leave the names to my daughter but on this occasion, it was Bentley or Maureen!

No offence to anyone called Maureen of course, but it a decent boy dog... my daughter takes after me - awesome artist with ridiculous notions of what others expect of us. 😂

Now I understand your point Captain - masking true intentions is disingenuous and wrong, apologies I missed that in your original synopsis.

Truth will always out? My mum used to say that - and more importantly, Judge Judy suggests "If you don't lie, you don't need a good memory!"

Got a dog now by the way - Bentley. He's 8 weeks old so yet to make an appearance here but I feel he maybe high risk (AIM stocks)... I'll keep you posted but he'll no doubt make an appearance arguing against Nettles investments.... 😂
