Hate to talk about cash, I feel it it awful and strange, but let's be honest with this:

I got from 97p to £10 (figures I won't divulge) but I'm happy with that scratch post.

It will be £12 in Dec, which is nice, but to be honest, too much I can contend with.

ShareFlyers idea on RKH is certainly working right now (nice idea SF), his idea of GST failed but that's not a bad thing on him (he did suggest he buys and sells at the right time) so I hope he has.

Retirment gave me IAG (great shout) and Marks and Spencers (slow build to be honest).

I've been in KOD for about the same time I was in RR (about 5 years).

Lucky enough to get in at 0.09p. So why invest at 0.37p? It was a pre drill company when I invested, now it has a call off for 5 years with Hainan and has already drilled thousands of tons of Spod.... just waiting for Mali to approve the licence for export and it's as safe as Mr Safe being Safe in Safeville.

KOD currently at 73.01M MCap? Hell, I was lucky to get in at 0.09p but 0.36 is still a bargain.

Massive arguments to come, but I'm right (as I was with RR).

KOD true MCap is 800m. Right now - not in the future.

From SJP to allow the transition from Pension to Sipp.

That allows me quote a but of cash to spend - so I'm going small on £20k for KOD (massive increase on my original 0.09p) but I feel it's worthy.

Took me 6 months to get my compensation from SJP, but only one week to get Barclays (AJ Bell) to transfer to SIPP,

Finally had a letter from SJP to say ALL funds are being transposed to the SIPP (minus about £300).

Absolutely friend - you may very well be correct, but maths suggest an RI of 0.30p (been there, done that! 😂) - but alas, I agree with the future fortunes of HE1. Let's see if they allow over subscription to any RI on the horizon?

That will never happen - the RR RI was 33p (ish) based on a 75p current SP. Very similar to this "two third" idea that is being floated.

I may sound negative here but I'm honestly not - I feel great thing for HE1, hence investing years ago. And I will no doubt buy 100% of the RI (as many here will).

Fact remains that we need to understand true value of MCap regardless - I thought RR was MCap 70bln back in 2020 when I fully invested and it is not far over that, so the future 'could've been be golden.

I could be very wrong but the MCap will not suffer - currently 52.08M.

If this news is true, and essentially we have two thirds of current shares increase by the same amount then that gives us a 0.84p sp back to one third value - hence 0.28p.
