Many people know me as being the cat that called RR at £7 come Feb 2025 when I suggested it back in October 2020 when it was RI as 34p. 4 years of negativity against me (very hostile I will say) but it got to £7 in Feb 2025 as I suggested. Am I genius? No... many people other than me recognised the fact RR would gain and it was a bit of fluke it happened at exactly the time I predicted.

13km away from the Telfer Mine - 2020 suggested mineral resources were 110 tonnes (3.4 million troy ounces) of gold and 0.36 million tonnes (0.79 billion pounds) of copper, and proved and probable ore reserves were 34 tonnes (1.1 million troy ounces) of gold and 0.17 million tonnes (370 million pounds) of copper.

We've surpassed that already in the analysis of the rods - we know that, it's only a matter of time for confirmation.

I tend to agree with this - maybe the rise will happen after we see quarterly results from here on. But still very disappointing for those LTH who have waited for the export licence to come into action. Maybe that's the issue with AIM stocks. Awesome news, and nobody knows about it.

***Conspiracy alert***. I'd suggest it's being suppressed for Hainan to purchase everything at a discount price.

Let's be clear that the current structure of the business suggests much more that the 72m MCap, but the endless positivity with no actual SP raise is cause of concern.

I agree Potatohead - to see a 0.84 pre drilling and then see a 0.35 post drilling, export license granted and 3/5 year off-take with payment at shipping makes absolutely no sense.

I've been an investor, with a rather decent percentage increase over the years, but this baffles the hell out of me.

At least I'm/we're honest to call it rather than have a head in sand "everything is awesome" opinion.

Lav, I fully agree with your sentiment, and it’s rather obvious who the negative trolls are who rear their heads on a downtown bit are silent on the good news, I will say that to suggest disappointment in the activity since the hurdle of permit is somewhat valid.

I may have been a KOD investor longer than you (im not sure), but facts are better than opinions and the fact is, we’re all ultra annoyed at the zero rise when we anticipated that last puzzle piece to lift the roof.

No, it simply wasn't. It was never a given that the licence would be granted, we (as shareholders) hoped it would and even in Bernies own words (I paraphrase); "Thanks to all share holders for baring with us until the license in granted and well gain from it thereafter".

Hopefully. But with a guaranteed off-take at 95% payment at shipping for at least 3 years, you can't suggest that this hurdle of export license wasn't the catalyst we were all waiting for to see a 100% gain on such announcement. I certainly was.

Bfdinvestor, I don't think that is my point. I'm asking for honest observations here.

I've been in since 0.09p, way before a drill was on site, let alone what we have today. I've seen raises from the 0.09 to 0.84 (again pre drilling), and to see the tiny raise today makes me question what is holding it back.

As I mention, when you look at ownership, it's obvious to me that Hainan have a call on all sides (14% stake n KOD, 51% stake in KMUK and 100% off-take from 3-5 years at 95% payment at shipping).

Am I the only one here to see that Hainan/ Xinmao are all over this and it's blatantly obvious that Hainan/Xinmao are in to a degree that they want 100%?

Hence my opinion that this is being china lead on the SP and Hainan/Xinmao will want to offer maybe 1p in the coming months for a hostile takeover.

I'm not clear why that opinion is being thwarted.

Chef, you posted that KOD was destined to fail prior to the RNS today (obviously that isn't happening), but I think we all agree with you that the silly gain today wasn't what we expected. I guess we can put that down to various factors that will hopefully iron themselves in the coming weeks, but I'm intrigued how you suggest a company failing to then being supported via off-take for at least 3 years to come (obviously not failing) to then move the goal posts to say "it's not as good as expected".

No hate at all brother, but find a common ground so we know if you think KOD is failing/doomed, not as good as expected increase , or something else?

My point remains that with Xinmao Investment Co (Hainan) owning 14% of KOD.l, and 51% of KMUK and also that investment of 100m into KMUK, you'd be a fool to not think the SP is being retained to a minimum for an obvious takeover from Hainan/Xinmao at 100%.

Hell, Bernie only has 1.68% of shares in KOD.

What worries me is the low value Hainan/Xinmao will put on KOD.l for the buyout. Hainan hold all the cards on this one with the off-take 3/5 years.

In my humble opinion, there will be a hostile approach from Hainan/Xinmao in the coming months that could effect everything.
