I'll hold back on 'potentials' being a factor of AIM stocks true SP but the rest I fully agree with.
Reason being that KOD was 0.84p pre drill, well before any partnership.
Now they have off-take (4-5 years from Hainan who also supported the drill with Β£100m) and have just transported the first spod to port (bare in mind that the KOD drill get paid when the spod gets to ship, not at destination (China) - and they have excess sitting at the Bougouni mine).... they sit at 0.37p
Essentially, a far more investable company now has less than half the SP of a pre drill.
Your workings are correct, but in my experience, other factors hinder the basic calculations you make.
I've only got 9,335 shares but got them at 10.65 on the 11th of August. And only bought them as I started buying any mining shares I could get my hands on back in August/September.
MCap being Β£47m at end of play, with a 49% holding in the β¬360m (Β£315m) max input from Czech, that suggests a minimum MCap of Β£155m is EMH do nothing else.
Am I wrong therefore to suggest a correct SP of 63p minimum?
I'm using the term minimum as I'm only allowing for influx of cash, so no accounting for current MCap and SP and other diverging entities.
Therefore, may I humbly suggest an SP of 79p is a true value at this moment in time?
Good to see you here Ripley, you and I conversed on the RR forum in regard to your tranch selling? I was the one trying to promote the Β£7 close in Feb 2025 and now it's Β£10+. Not saying for one second you weren't correct in selling RR as and when you need but a one job sell at Β£10 would have got you more?
But who's to know for sure - not me, so well done.
I like your progression here - I'm sticking to my 0.39p average for the LTH but I will say there is something to be said for your trench sales/purchases.
"Yeah Bernard stated clearly that first payment is expected early December"
This is most important, and helps out everyone involved. Hainan are in effect paying themselves (albeit within the 51% stake in the mine and 14.7% of ownership of KOD).
So the only conclusion I can arrive at in terms of current KOD SP is that it is being driven by China in an attempt to take over everything at a lower cost.
Tin hats at the ready people - that sounds like a conspiracy theory to me! π
Obvious question we all want to know the answer to? Simple question. Nothing hard to think about.... just a very straight forward question.... here it comes...
Why are you still posting if you sold up (as you said you did) a week or so ago?
I'll make it easy for you:
A) You never had any shares
B) You sold and have bought back in
c) You're a troll that thrives on delivering misery to people when everything is actually looking golden long term
A simply A, B or C would be an awesome response - I'm not sure many here want to hear anything more than that from you.
My take on it is that if this 'fuel blockade' and the threat to Mali by the JNIM was as bad as some are making out, then sure the current junta would want as more global exposure as possible so international industry could already be making preemptive plans to stop it?
However, if the junta are actively barring news corps that are reporting what they call 'fake news', then maybe the 'threat' from the JNIM isn't as bad as some on here would want you to believe? π
"Third, I'm entitled to my opinion, same as anyone else here, yet I still find myself waiting for anyone to disprove my assumption the Β£4m worth of stock has already been sold on,"
Where does that come from? Sold on? Please explain?

Thanks chaps - I'm not sure if either of you were with RR at 97p back in 2020 when the conversation on these boards was the same?
The base line is if the business is worth more than current MCap (like RR was back in those days) - the amount of chatter and somewhat fodder was hard to get through for investors of this board.
I'm lucky enough to have had stood by my gut (with RR) and and I don't ever what to say "I told you so", but the amount of emails I get daily now from all types of investors big and small to say "Thanks for your input - I considered selling but stood by what you said and now have a life changing amount of money" is simply beyond words. Honestly, some have changed my life in terms of what they have said - healthcare paid for their relatives, early retirement etc. It's lovely to hear good stories of people sticking by their guns with their dedication to such shares.
And, neck on the line, WSBN along with KOD and IMM, are the next life changing events in my humble opinion.
Nothing other than chatter and fodder here. Keep the faith, if you have it, and look at a LTH approach to gain the goals.
Another week, another load of crap14 Nov 2025 18:04
1) The RNS was a surprise if I'm being honest - almost like a kid in playground reminding people of what he's got sticker wise when we used to trade cards and stickers back in the day (1980's). "Look at what I've had though! - I'm good at collecting stickers!". Awful RNS for investors, stunk of desperation from a guy on his third glass of wine suggesting we should all probably ignore to be honest.
2) The reasons for his spurt was simply based on seeing the SP get lower and lower - it would have been better put to say something of the ilk of "We (the BOD) fully understand the lack of assay results (although expedited) have not evolved into a conclusive base as of yet, but we are confident the assay of hole 1 and 2 will back up our third party results thus far.
3) Fact remains that that the holes being drilled get closer to the dome and if we can ignore the somewhat childish approach to RNS that we have been given, we should understand the facts of this locality to the biggest gold storage in Australia ever found.
So let's ignore the BOD's desire for playground tactics and acknowledge the core of WSBN that is more than the BOD on this occasion.
Nothing has changed from the original drill in hole 1 through to what will be drill 4 and all in-between.
Stay focused on your investment here, ignore the silly vocab that has been given, and consider the long term when a JV is involved to get this to a more professional level.
I'm holding at 0.39p average, and although I can't advise anyone else to do what they desire to do on the knee jerk in response to such amateur RNS output, let's remember this is a PLC and the shareholders still hold what they have.
Remember Musk taking in a sink to Twitter HQ with a grin in his face whilst sacrificing all those staff who built Twitter prior to him making it X?
Regardless of what you feel the BOD is doing, their desire is to drill in a space that is obviously full of gold. Let them do what they do, and benefit as a shareholder in months to come. Ignore the chaff for now and stay silent on the approach to what I consider to be a once in a lifetime opportunity.
