I am slightly disappointed with the announcement but see this as a bump in the road rather than anything to change my strategy. Just one point for me - there are two elements to the announcement - the new machines - brilliant! and the method of funding - not so good. I would rather we took loans / leases on machines but i am also equally happy we didnt sell BTC to fund growth. My clarification question for Peter is how many months of run time does the working capital element represent, and how much is spent on assets. If HODL rises all good for me and IMHO ARB as we become more attractive as a BTC exposure in the absence of other financial instruments.
I am also really interested to see if our efficiency mining improves with the Lumix acquisition - not much chat on that element as yet.

If PE15 is the average - i would expect JLP PE to be at least 25 for the following;
- growth - we are adding organic growth at well above industry norm;
- ESG - we are more appealing to ethical funds
- Speed of project turnaround for organic growth - we can announce deal and have revenues in under a year - a typical miner takes 3-6 years for the same
- Quality of management - i would rather Leon in charge than many others - commands a premium
All IMHO but these are the reasons I feel we are due a massive rerate and should see 50p this year

Very pleased with the appointment today.
H-Hi, there are many reasons to leave a company and money is often not the cause but ego's and control. I am not sure there would have needed to be a 1 year gardening leave (he left regeneron in Jan 20) if this was all with Regeneron blessing. In terms of affordability - options, promise of being ceo or big exit fees on a takeover can all be as attractive as money - especially if he left due to no longer enjoying Regeneron in some manner - talented people with a point to prove are incredibly powerful drivers for any business.
So its win win - either a mole and good terms and even if not mole a contact for regeneron to tils, or, a man on fire looking to prove he was the reason for regeneron success by doing it in a second company.
Shows the TILS business ambition and will also ensure there is no part of the industry that isnt aware of TILS ambitions. I suspect this man can pick up a phone to anyone in pharma and be put through if needed - fantastic to have.

No - Havent closed ARB but took enough out to have a 100% profit banked. My first 10 bagger share - and in less than 60 days! I bought ARB in November expecting a 2 year hold scenario based on its discount to peers and a forecast rise in BTC - trying really hard to stick to that point of view via forecasts and lots of forecasting comfort - as Viera says - holding a profit is hard!!

Disagree that stockmarket is a war - i think its more the Pamplona running of the bulls - all good fun, suns out, party with like minded peeps all genuinely in it together - but if you forget the reality and let your guard down there is a fair chance of being trampled by a wild animal - lol

Thanks for the kind thoughts coming my way in reference to Arb. Another really lovely board but a lot more comedy anger than here. I think that will be my once in a lifetime ride - it really went up like a rocket with no pauses. Bankfool - I sold the last of my Lloyds to top up arb just before Christmas and I knashed my teeth doing it. - lol. I reckon if btc stays here there could be an in tomorrow as it overdrops as fear of loss hits a few now sober holders.
Sincerely hope Val going to do the same sort of rise soon - it’s rise in news could be very fast - I reckon with Adam And his 2+% mates, Nicholas and the other peeps here we must be holding 30% or more.
Really hope this week gives us news of a deal,

Each results cycle at the moment serves to advertise what we on the board know to a wider audience and as such I hope for a kick in the pants rise on the day - the added intrigue and wildcard potential is any Tjate news - i believe this isnt in the SP and as such positive progress on this front could put a rocket in said same pants - if not this cycle onto the next!

I thought we would get a little bit more of a SP boost after this RNS - shows the market does realise the cash being produced but is still shying away from the risk as enthusiastically as it ever has. Hopefully it will sit at the edge of every income fund managers desk waving until they succumb to the startling return being offered and the yield adjusts accordingly.
The financial advisor appointment is very interesting and I cant help but think the announcement on the same day as results is a signal of intent - unfortunately I dont know enough about the advisors to know of what! Are we on the acquisition trail, selling some of our asset, or simply going to try and PR an adjustment to the view of the company. TBH i would be happy with any of the scenarios if the prices are good. I do hope we continue to expand output and unless doing so also reduces output via interruptions to existing operations, i cant see it not being the case - FXPO has so much case that it can keep all sides of the equation up to the neck in money - fantastic!

Always more than 1 show and I think Satoshi and others in the DEFI area of crypto is the part that will impact the finance sector. In all the internet revolution, finance hasnt changed much - mercantile fees and money transfer fees have not reduced. Blockchain based DEFI is changing this and the costs will be dramatically less. Going to be a problem for the big transaction houses but I expect the banks to start buying defi frontrunners very soon. Thats my view for what its worth.
PS - Argo is fantastic and took some of my profit there and put it in here.

I have the shares, the price and hence Mcap, does anyone have to hand the coins mined 2020 and the current hodl levels for each. That should allow a quick adjusted compare of the two so we can see just how discounted we are now. I would be happy to share later if anyone has the info to hand.

Profits only running here for me but today looking at the size of the pot very tempted to cash in and put the money somewhere safe. What’s stopping me? The belief that this is a re-rate and not a spike is prt of it, but also, this Bitcoin coming of age is based on the belief that Bitcoin is the safe place - not money. Challenges my belief system but trying to hold firm at least till 2022.

I have just topped up as the chart looks great and in real life we have the listing and the Brazil trial to play out this month. I expect speculative buying here from now for results - formulab looks very exciting and if you buy on aim no stamp duty.
Hoping I am correct as I was well and truly spiked on my initial buy at 185p!
Initially bought for a trade but foramulab could be a wonder drug on those tregs. The usage profile for lung related conditions linked to the direct administration to lungs allowing lower doses will I think make this a sales blockbuster drug - if these trials show it to be effective I would expect a bidding war takeover - hence now reconciled to hang in here for some considerable time longer.

I really like this board having stumbled accross Val at 18p. We have so many good posters (Adam, Nicolas, Grace, Iceman, Bankfool , alphabet numbers and my own L2 toting personal fave RB!)

Good evening spsy viewers . Great to see a positive move today and really pleased that spsy is pursuing a buyback programme. I have bought in 2020 for the long term and expecting 300% or more rise. Anyone care to give a view as to when we hit £3 - I think October this year.

Great day today and I do see this £3 as significant barrier. Agree with you, unvrkw that we should be debt free.
Confidence needs to be demonstrated as well as felt and I am hoping that in next results cycle Fxpo will
Lay out a capital plan to get to 20mtpa in next 2 years or so. It was the prior expansion plan that first gave me an interest in Fxpo a decade ago - investing for future in faith you are the best operationally is a big balls statement. Back to the present, if Zhevago is feeling dominant in his position after the court cases the way to demonstrate that is to invest in your most visible asset - Fxpo. Has the effect of saying I won and I am consolidating my position. All very game of thrones or Mcmafia but none the less true.
If they state a programme demonstrating long term commitment to future pe will rise to reflect it Imho.
