If you have a 0.06p warrant that expires on 1 sep, is there any advantage to converting it to a share early? If the answer to that is no, then surely the warrants being excercised now is potentially a bearish sign as the holders convert at 0.06p and sell now at circa 0.08p. If positive news due no rush is there?
Or am I missing something in how warrants work?

Just wanted to keep some perspective here - no one invested here is a helmet - we are all on the right train at the moment.
The discussion on locations is to some interesting and there may be incorrect info within it but it can’t be misleading as I believe no one is making decisions based upon those speculations. Let’s be honest if your next investment or top up was based on that specivity you would get out the map and check yourself for you wreck yourself (as ice cube would put it).

Good - with btc at suppressed levels and slow block times in month we did 78% margin - wow! With a full month of lowered difficulty meaning circa 30% better then margin to improve considerably.

Whether the MMs want them now or not - we are now close to what should be a big inflection point for the share price with the July operational update and I will be holding fire on any decisions till then. For me, it is telling that Leon has been very quiet for the last period - i interpret that as a sign great results are coming and no bad news to convey - as such I am optimistic. I am a little overexposed to JLP so will slice at some point but I would like that to be 25p+

I know someone on here has already mentioned it but yahoo finance have put JLP "results" in its timeline as 12th July. Not long now though in the scale of things whichever date - i am not worried about the results so much as the reaction of the market tbh. I would be happy to see mid to late 20's to lower 30's - all depends how much the future is factored in aswell as the now - as ever!

I was probably a little on the dramatic side. I hate losses but at present tbh my initial investment case is holed - in terms of the cheaper fees there are other choices too.
I suppose I need to research again to see whether we have the ability to succeed. One of the best new wave of payment processors I have seen is COTI - unfortunately though its a crypto coin but essentially a dramatically cheaper mercantile service getting high adoption rates already and valued at circa $70m - but dificult to buy - i mention this as my nervousness is that we view fintechs such as Mode as the cutting edge disruptors but I have a growing feeling they are the coolest man in the village we live in and the DEFI brigade arriving may be the Beatles, Rolling Stones and Bowie giving us a new perspective on good.

Thank you for the reply - setting out my view and asking for those of others others is not devolving my decision making authority. I have a view and I wanted to see if any others were in agreement or disagreement with it - isnt that the whole point of these BB's? I would say that from the customer perspective the crypto element of the strategy has fundamentally changed. If it is a business portal fine, but it started with the BTC jar as an integrated currency/crypto vehicle where purchases would gain crypto cashback and you juggle your fiat and crypto in this space - it isnt that now. So the retail prop isnt the same - i can go to crypto.com for the Bitcoin cashback card and then periodically transfer BTC to Blockfi to get interest on it - the appeal of MODE was that i could do all that in 1 account element- thats a change to the customer pitch imho. The business element is less clear for me at present so I read your response with some interest.

On another note, i am very surprised that one of the ramping crews didnt adopt VELA on the run in to results - perfect ramping set up imho and I did expect it to happen - not sure if i am pleased or not about that - however it should mean that any drop on flat or negative results should be less and obviously any upside greater.

Maybe I am too green, but would it be too much for a revised timeline from the team re-committing to prelims on xxx date or plan to go to finals. I am sure VELA would have asked for this. By the by, it is also good to keep press in loop also so they can be readied for when there is a result to discuss - good or bad.
Yes result is price sensitive for VELA but revised updates on timeline from an estimate 3 months ago isnt in any way controversial - just good comms.

What serious questions? There is always a gamble on drug trials - some fail even those that you check out and seem certs. The question then is has he put all his eggs in one basket, and the answer is no he hasnt. Its a play with a higher risk reward than many but there are other investments too.
Holding results could be good or bad but I am very surprised that they are managing to keep a lid on this - i would of expected leaks either way if the results are sitting on a shelf somewhere.
Does anyone recall what the full result schedule recently discussed was in case they do decide to not release preliminary?

The only disruption so far has been to their own strategy. Their initial btc jar approach captured early adopters wary of IT and was I believe very good. Imho with the change in ceo we have the same strategy but different priorities and the result is a more traditional won’t to get fca approval. The problem is that we are now back at scratch and strategically btc now a side show - if I had wanted to invest in payments disruptor there are better businesses out there. Still here but suspect I will bow out having just read my own comments unless someone can counter argue that either a) btc is still relevant to the offer; b) the new app is distinct from other solutions in any.
This isn’t a de-ramp - rather hoping someone with more or differing view can shed light for me. I hate taking losses so looking for a strategic life

There are still a lot of reasons to back this share - I note the Saint Rampez appears to have drifted off today on news(as is his wont) but for me the key attraction and activity I am interested in is the increase in cash inflows. The next key points for that will be in July when they have drilled the second well in Paradox. There may be upsides for reserves / OTC listing too, but the key for me is generating cash. As such I have topped up today and tbh I see no reason for a big sell off - the trajectory still looks strong and more news in a month.

If we do end up going ahead, I would hope that the agreement would see JLP provide the resource for the metal resourcing underpinned by a contract that has the capital paid back as a priority before any subsequent JV share. Caerus will still be getting a processing facility so would i believe be happy with that arrangement. I would guess that the chat before assessment would have already mentioned these fundamentals - there is still a large win win here for both parties imho. Lets hope the assessment says it is viable.

I am always interested in other investors views or sentiment - can you expand on why you now feel there is zero value? Whats changed in your thinking? Board has been clear on investments for a while and now on cusp of SGS news - my sentiment is more that value may be about to be signalled - so keen to understand further your conclusion.
I seem to recall you had similar concerns on ARB till you hit your entry price - or am i mistaken?
