To pay so much amd knowing your shareholders wll be put out - I guess there must be an angle we are missing here. We didnt need Cenkos but we paid so much - why? If we assume VAL arent mugs then they must have access to something we need - I cant believe it is just II involvement for that price - is any of their skills helpful to VAL's new strategy(esp if we have money)?
Or, and I dont know if this is feasible, is there a buy out of VAL on the offer right now and are Kevin and Suzy buying Cenkos to get VAL best deal? - would explain the warrant at current price and the sudden need.

I havent gone back to check but I believe we had the debt reduction and the special stones was then a further post period end occurence. My take was we were reducing without the stones and they should simply accelerate the pay off. Hoping for this sub 1.7 a little longer so I can move some other money in here next week (before the results).
Such a good buy at the moment - debt reducing and a viable diamond company that only dropped from 8p to 1 p due to insolvency fears that have realised; plus, the chance to own a tiny bit of the cullinan mine is for me one of those one off business moats - like owning a bit of Harrods, or a little bit of Concorde, or the Taj Mahal. What sort of tasteless HNWI doesnt want his desk paperweight fist sized diamond to be from the Cullinan?

Ive been invested in VAL for 372 days now and other than the non share performance post the ST results boom, I have continued to drop in to this board because its a little ray of fun - dare I say it a form of idle entertainment. I will admit that the old director soap opera stuff is to me very tedious but the rest has been great - RB's pants, OB's target, Grace's dog, Icemans constant positivity, Rhubarb's witty and laid back replies, IAR's many many comments - some of which would not be great without A1, teamhanz and A1's light hearted jousts, A1's famous rumours episodes - hes definitely a rascal imho but so what?
I suppose what I am saying is A1 is welcome for me, he does rebuff but never in a particularly rude way and I hope he isnt put off here - I can forgive a lot of tedium for the rare comedy gems and opps he rasies for others to get in a comedy line or two.

I wonder where Leon and Colin are holidaying this year - Cyprus?

My take is that at 22p price I am okay with it despite the censors gains - I am a little worried though at Viera view.
Suzy’s response to ice is very clear and imho correct to get ii involvement - as such this is for me the first example of Kevin and Suzy balancing needs to get a good deal to roll out their strategy. First evidence I have seen that they are going to be good operators.

TBH I am very gutted with the current share price - I have already over egged JLP in the 18's, 17's 16's and 14's so unwilling to further buy here and as such this drop is nothing but annoyance and frustration for me. I hope we move upwards before this but I am optimistic that if we dont, the 6th September onwards, when the schools are back in UK will hopefully see a lift here as volume returns. Way too cheap and whilst I may not buy more, I am most definitely not selling at this price - way way way too cheap!

If there isnt news this week I would imagine over the weekend there will need to be an intervention from the UN to get a deal for VAL - in order to save the people of Burnley!!

This rise is hopefully sustaining its price and as such feels a little different to the last couple of pump and dumps where we shot up and then down again- a week of maintaining a nice steady rise would suit me just fine if we must live without a big rns.

Rarely been more in agreement than with your posts. Two key things needed imho - 1. A coo or mini Leon to allow Leon to be the salesperson for Jlp that a ceo should be and
2. A forecaster to work under the fd (who I will assume is a safe pair of hands finance person) and produce clear forecasts for Leon to use in presenting the company. I am absolutely fine that we don’t have forecasts for items that will involve a deal, but once ours such as inyonyi - there should be easy timely roadmap - you can even still put a safety timing on each project - with those simple forecasts investors will easily grasp why we the early ones are so excited.
I used to do those forecasts - I am semi retired but happy to do this for Leon - lol

We all expect a rerate in share price - can not believe we are still in the 17’s to be honest. Going to try not to look for the rest of the day as it is really peeing me off.

p/e of 6 at this price - given our future prospects already in process i feel this is very very stingy.

Fantastic results - hopefully new ath sp today. Mickiesunday will hopefully be drawn out of his quiet by this also.

Not flack - good topic to debate. I would agree that Leon background is more coo but I would reserve judgement on his ceo stint till he has a strong FD, COO and some other mini Leon’s to work under his guidance. We have so much going on and the team needs to recruit in order that Leon can take his next steps imho.

This price is still a price to fail price - we have a market cap of £170m - there is a possibility we could make almost that from exceptional sales alone. But in all liukelihood we are looking at p/e being less than 1. The debt lower and lowering fast - this needs to rerate to going concern price. The debt holders took shares at just over 3p i believe so I am expecting us to re-rate to that level and then more than likely 91% of our shares will start to be released by those holders. All should happen within the next 6 months or so imho.

I am expecting a positive update on the other new wells in the next few days - I believe that the confidence and hence cash outlay for the extra acreage is backed by the knowledge of our flow rate improvement and future subsequent cashflow. Expect it to be the filler before next Paradox drilling update.
Enjoying being invested here at the moment despite the retracement in price.

I agree there needs to be more prmoinence by BLU in spreading the word. In 2nd half if they dont peddle the story then we wont rise as far or as fast as we should. I especially feel this in relation to Satoshi - whether it achieves or not, there should be more visibility and PR - technicians and operators are all well and good, but there is always space in a good team for a storyteller and communicator - I might send off my CV for that job!!!

It has to be said - for a company at the cutting edge of new tech and new social trends enabled by technology, this is possibly one of the most boring stocks I have held in some time. I have considered selling but overall I still like the PF - tantalising glimpses of Satoshi maybe coming good with Stellar, who in turn are tantalisingly linked to Euro digitisation project, Esports businesses still look solid overall.
