The take away for me in this report is the word 'realistic'. If this is right and this represents a solid basis to move forward from 2019 which has been a complete car crash I for one will be happy.

Good steady management can turn this into a real cash cow from 2020 which will open up opportunities. My only regret is that we have lost a year because of hopelessly unrealistic statements from the then management.

There certainly seems to be some steady buying and it is strange that this is not supporting or firming up the price. If someone were building a stake by stealth then this is the way to do it with this share; just buy 100k a day and you seem not to appear on the radar.

Acquiring 2m shares or 1% of the company would not take long while we are in the doldrums.

Looks like a lot of delayed publications going through. Don't know how they affect anything being transacted in the past.

Oh, what a surprise - there's a1m shares late reported balancing the 1m of yesterday!!

MM profit from the spread playing both sides, and probably have an idea of deals in the pipe. You also get the delayed trades like this 1m. But whatever the case the MMs cannot and generally would not try and buck the market. Which would suggest that the 1m was/is/will be covered by matching trades to leave the price treading water.

Just speculation as far as I can see. Just conflating Sound's Moroccan interests with the fact the SDX is in the same area. I think that is where the comparison ends - Sound is a basket case financially where SDX could be doing better but is still very solvent.

It does make your heart skip a beat or two when you see share restructuring. Hopefully, as you say, it is a technical accounting move to free up funds

I tend to agree that a combination of the two big investors plus a few other minority holders would veto a silly bid.

Some decent buys going through which could be the start of the big boys upping their percentage. That said it is hardly moving the price - yet

I am dumbfounded as to why the price keeps dropping - it's not as if there is a fire sale; there are frequently as many or more buyers than sellers. The valuation is laughable it is as if someone is saying SD will never come online and the money spent on pipeline and processing facility is worthless.

Other than existing income SD should add $1m per month, and hopefully, Morocco will increase sales too. In the meantime I just don my tin hat and sit tight. Good tidings to all other PI's who find themselves in the same position.

I think you will find that Peugeot is only using gas for some of their processes, maybe paint shop or something like that but not great volume necessarily.

What is probably as important is the infrastructure it pulls in for support activities.

Not sure he had any, certainly had a fair amount of options but they would be worthless at these prices. It was frequently pointed out that he had no skin in the game.
