Will we see the plan for the construction phases? I know we would all like another 5-7X rise from here (except garbled and his aliases). I suspect he will swap from deramper to ramper as soon as he has loaded up or whatever he is up to. DES £20p usesd to be his famous requote from Phipps. We might be similar but with the dilution in shares more like £5 to 50p. I can see us getting closer to “£2 in 2 years” so that’s the quote I will be using.

Roughly estimated for the NFB. If we can recover just 5% of that the value here is staggering. Once we get close to first oil, will a bigger company see the massive upside potential and take us out? I would say likely even though that’s not my preference.

By the way usually oil producers share price rises to 60-80% of first oil value 6-12 months prior meaning early to mid 2027 we should be 90 - 120p around that time using the most conservative of estimates

In my opinion price based on current sealion production plan assuming no major fund raises or delays and oil price is stable at today’s prices £1:40-50.

Bull ish side with oil prices at $70+ I expect £1:80. If market anticipates wider NFB or there are plans for various sealion phases more imminent or Isobel appraised expect £3:50+.

Dividends can apply once we become a producer and are typical. It depends on any reinvestment into developing or appraising more of NFB but certainly an opportunity for healthy dividend still.

Summary - Now it’s a longer play, with much less downside but significant upside potential

We are being valued at around 50% of NPV of $65 at first oil, which is a fair bit conservative assessment. The placement dilution has had a significant impact or we would be over £1 maybe, but we were robbed of the OM award and that had significant consequences.

As we get nearer first oil and/or oil price increases we will rise towards full value £1:40 to £1:50. As we generate cash a lot more opens up to us including a dividend in the region of 10p a share annually. Plus money for Isobel etc. it’s now a confirmed longer okay but with much less risk if down side.

Most likely takeover is by Navitas. I think as we approach first oil, 2027 timeframe we have more interest, apparently it’s a 60-80% chance we get taken over around that time.

Most likely date is Q4 2026, I think this is when we spud first drill? Takes 3 months to get paid out so Q1 2027.

Given this is a resubmission I’m struggling to why it will take 15 months but we know how dragged out thee things are. For me this is still a big deal as it takes a lot of potential future dilution risk off the table.

Resubmission date was September 2025, so expected decision would be September 2026 to March 2028.

Ok I asked ChatGPT if we get same payout what would Rockhoper get? Answer was €80-85M. typical timing is 12 to 30 months after refiling. So €80M in say 18 months would be great!!!!

Will be traded and walked down. The patient will replace the impatient as sure as night follows day.

You wouldn’t think we just announced FID and the funds raised will transform the company into a profitable producer. You would think we are borrowing to waste money on high end living. Not sure where we catch the bottom but it’s a painful watch right now.
