The 80p warrants are probably 50% exercised /traded given share price over 80p and the volumes for last month.

On present rate another month and early June the overhang is say 25M warrants will be absorbed.

This timing also coincides with the time line for sail away of Aoka Mizu to be refurbished. Both events then will support a break out beyond £1 and more like £1:10 as new base.

Most probable timing for a take over is after FPSO sails away for refurbishment.

As the plan is mid 2026, most likely month for sail away is July. 3 months prior to sail away expect share price to start to rerate range is 15-70%, assume 30-40%. So if we are sitting around £1:20-30 after this sail away and assuming mid tier company is interested post this we can expect 70-100% premium, so say circa £2 to £2:40.

That’s why it’s risky day trading.
