Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
The big lie, there is 0.041% of CO2 in the atmosphere of which man contributes 3%, the rest is nature.
It’s the suns activity and influence during our orbits that create most of climate changes since world was formed. This hoax is driven by political and economic greed, who use a Scandinavian nerdy teenager as poster child.
Wake up
Same I didn’t realise 4 months temporary freeze on interest. Probably explains why Italy hasn’t paid up yet. After the 4 months it should change.
Also the tax we owe FIG, I was unclear but seems to be around $45M, even discounting that full amount the sp is way below the cash value once Italy pays up. This will mean a rerating for sure, as in theory the company can be bought for say $50M, pay off the tax and still have best part of 100M profit, plus all the licenses and data on Sealion, If I could raise the money I would do it myself!!!
Maybe Moody put 120k barrels a day because he has secured enough funding in principle from the UK government, 300-500million quid is nothing to them. I asked myself why say could have the potential to be material to secure UK energy and mention the 120k barrels? Maybe that’s the wording he was just working on with the UK government and wanted to mirror it in the RNS to show the agreement is basically in place.
I see no other reason, the oil isn’t UK oil, so mentioning it kind of would make other investors think it’s been war marked ?
I always reading between the lines but I was right on OM, so maybe I’m not so far off the mark.
I agree the last part about sealion being potentially a material part of uk energy security is telling. Why say that? To me it means they are in advanced discussions.
Good luck all, here comes the sun, wouldn’t want to be out of this over the weekend and other such sayings
I do think this is going to be an undoubted meteoric success though
Over the last 35 years invested in the Falkland’s oil dream some fundamentals remain true and why I still believe this is ultimately a multi bagger:
Falkland’s has significant oil source and reserves - check
Oil will be discovered - check
Oil reserves will be appraised to be commercially significant - check
Argentina will sabre rattle - check
Oil price will fluctuate - check
Falkland’s oil companies will consolidate - check
Investment will be obtained to produce - to be checked
Falkland’s will become a UK oil province - to be checked
Fortunes will be made from Falkland’s oil - inevitable
Good luck all
Nick
There are NO grounds for an annulment, any request would be rapidly dismissed in my opinion.
The drop represents a massive buying opportunity. Many are not fixated on the Falklands like us and it needs a bit more publicity, the award was hardly front page news.
If the UK government mentions Falklands oil then I expect the rush to start. Politically the Falklands is a great card to play for the Tory’s and older generation, especially with the Iron Lady image Truss is trying to copy. I think she is a useless foreign secretary but her flag waving might help RKH get the publicity and backing we need.

I am told by the astrologer Astromary that september 9th I will come into money through a gamble or lottery.
If RWH sees a sudden spike, I might start to believe her.
Funny thing is, it’s a few days after Truss takes over and I could anticipate some comments on self supporting oil and gas projects….and she seems to want to resemble thatcher, so maybe a comment about the Falklands would help cement that and generate a rush to be part of the new oil province.
Good luck all
Agreed EU want to be the ruling / governing body for everything, it’s a power grab from them always. I remember when we joined the EEC, it was just supposed to be a way to share markets, now they gradually turned it into a power crazed one state organisation without us even voting for it.
Ultimately they missed the boat here, retrospectively they aren’t going to be able to reverse what they agreed in law. So all the foot stumping and tantrums won’t make a difference. They will just be dragged back to the ATM machine and have to pay up
Premier Oil announced another oil discovery at Isobel Deep, about 30km south of the Sea Lion field. The oil was discovered at a depth of 2,500 metres at a higher than expected pressure and of similar quality to the oil already found at Sea Lion. This will require further appraisal but, along with the discovery at Zebedee, the first well to be drilled in this current round, it confirms the presence of substantial reserves of oil in Falkland Islands waters – analysts predict a reserve of about 1 billion barrels of recoverable oil around the Falklands.

Once we get going there will be a number of “sea lions”, just need to get the first one up and running
The UK bans the export of goods to Argentina that might enhance its military capability. But Britain trained senior Argentinian military officers after a 2016 deal sought to facilitate oil development around the Falklands.
Landmark 2016 UK-Argentina agreement pledged to “remove all obstacles” to development of oil around the Falklands and to “strengthen relations between the two armed forces”
Since then the UK has trained Argentine military personnel and lifted some restrictions on weapons exports
Former Argentine ambassador to UK says: “It’s hard to believe we’ve been sending our senior officers to be trained by the military that killed over 600 of our soldiers”
UK Ministry of Defence tells Declassified: “We do not train the Argentine armed forces to fight”
Alicia Castro, Argentina’s ambassador to the UK from 2012-15, told Declassified: “It’s hard to believe we’ve been sending our senior officers to be trained by the same military that killed more than 600 of our soldiers and torpedoed the Belgrano in a horrific war crime.”
She added: “That it looks like we were given this military training in exchange for giving up our claim to las Malvinas (Falklands) and its resources is even more shocking.”
It’s all coming together
There is no basis for an annulment, they can’t just “ go for it”.
They have to provide a reason that the tribunal deviated fro the legal process or was corrupt. Both reasons will be laughed at and rejected swiftly.
Relax, the job is done…we won
