DerSack thanks for your view on it and I agree using the word potential does leave it open to be read differently, my concerns are that the 5th Oct RNS promised more and I felt a more should have been said in the update. With Boris Johnson's announcement yesterday it has the potential to come back into play and further worked on by Woods.

I'm disappointed by the one line update on the Woods review a good review would have pushed this sp up considerably faster. Will we ever hear from Eqtec or Woods the outcome of their review. My assumption from this RNS is that we will not see any review by Woods.

In response to the FDA input, Avion, in partnership with ImmuPharma, has plans to develop and validate a bioanalytical assay, to confirm the clinical pharmacology and pharmacokinetic ("PK") characterizations of Lupuzor™, prior to commencement of the Phase 3 trial.



A final guidance meeting between Avion and the FDA is being planned at which Avion will submit the methodology for assessing PK as part of the Phase 3 trial. This meeting, which is expected to take place in Q2, will also confirm previous submissions to FDA on the study design, clinical end points and approval process.

DPC see below the update given on the 9th Feb rns so the answer is likely to be June/July if we are lucky anything earlier is likely to say due to covid the FDA will not be able to see us until Q3

I think shareholders are due an update on how previous patients have responded to lupuzor trials and further update on what Avion are doing as I cannot see the partnership working as well as Tim promised it would.

Does anyone know why we have not seen the Woods Report that was promised before the end of December? Is it a case they did not like what they saw and pulled out of any collaboration with Eqtec.

Customers at Keele have used hydrogen blended gas safely in their homes without the need to make any changes to their existing boilers or cooking appliances. They can't knock on the govt door due to the outstanding court case with Aries, if we win then the Wood tie up will happen and we are free to go to the govt.
