IMM have failed ed so many phase 3 trials and updates due to either poor records or testing the o my way this is going to succeed is if they are taken over by another pharma. But even that is less likely with their track record look back at the previous RNS in 2017 and early 2018 and we are now 2021 and no further forward and the sp is a tenth of its value back then. It's a train crash.

What would better 20 FRR shares to 1 BP share but it would be more likely be either a 100 or 500.

You need to start writing a tv or film script this could be bigger than Dallas and old JR. It will make a compelling film or documentary series.

This is an exciting RNS and will send the sp into the 20's over the next 2 weeks.

Zaza won't be a shareholder like us he will one of the privileged shareholders who will still get daily/weekly updates of where FRR are going.

Looed, i hope you are right but in FRR's case there are too many people in government who don't like us and a sell out would be our best option now. Perhaps with some kind of future share of any profits.

If the FDA only give partial approval and say that they require more analysis before they can approve the conditional approval what do people think the sp will go up to? My guess would be 24 - 32p

It's now been over 2 years of pain for shareholders and Zaza has kept saying there is loads of gas and great quality oil in our block he now needs to either do a deal with the Russians e.g Gazprom or get the American companies interested to force the Georgian Government to make a deal. This will allow vast amounts of money back into Georgia for internal investment. I know these old Russian run states like to keep their people under tight control financially but they have an opportunity to lead the way in ex Russian occupied states who can deliver great new benefits to its people by building new schools, hospitals and investing heavily in state run enterprises.
Zaza can help by forcing some action and movement now. IMO they will wait for all the court cases to conclude to hopefully reduce any payments that FRR have to make.
MESSAGE TO ZAZA,
You are messing with peoples hard earned financial investments, pensions and their delayed retirements due to his promises and it has become clear there has been some holding back of critical issues that FRR were going through that may have made people invested less money. I also wonder whether any of those large 5m sales before the delist were friends for Zaza or Steve?.

There may be rules that state you cannot comment until the FDA send out an official response. IMM could say it went really well which would push the sp up and then get told they don't have approval.

Ultra I did not expect one today as I know they would require a written response from the FDA but an update on how they thought it went along with timelines would ha e been nice.

IMO if it was good news we would have had an RNS first thing, you can tell me that Avion did not speak to Imm after their meeting with FDA. I assume Imm would have been in on the meeting. I predict a further meeting with more information being shared by both parties.

If shareholders were to take legal action perhaps it should be against Cairn Financial Advisers LLP who were the Nomad and should have been protecting us. It is now clear they were either negligent or being lied to by the FRR board. Thoughts on this course of action?

Todays RNS on Block Energy just shows you can work and trade in Georgia and i wonder is FRR's problem Zaza?
He's been very vocal over the last 4 months but not to us shareholders.

People should not lat h on to the 30 days it will almost certainly take longer for the FDA to review and decide. That is assuming that IMM and Avion have supplied evidence that participants of P2 and P3 original trials have had no after effects from the drug.
I'm hoping this delay is due to covid and not just weak management by Tim Mc and Avion. What is also disappointing is that we have not had up dates from the loans to Tim's s other companies.

Zaza's Facebook page has been taken down so he is obviously avoiding everyone now.

Does anyone know whether the JV meeting that Zaza talked about was ever referred to in the letters from the US to Georgian govt? Still too many secrets not yet out and there is no chance of a Georgian Govt whistleblower because that would be a death sentence on their head.

I believe there is an opportunity for the majors to help FRR get a longer PSA extension and a contract in place for the next 20-25 years for gas and oil supplies from Georgia to the rest of the world. We now have the government on the back foot and I believe it would be a mistake to wait until October for the election which we all know Russia will try and influence because they don't want the gas and oil to be out there in supply. Doing a deal now may not be the best at this time but the risk of waiting until October just for the GD to get back into power and then drag their heals for months or years again.
