CauldStream7 I am aware of PK studies and the legality and controls required I had a friend who used to do them to subsidise his income and long they took. Also me sharing my share dealing strategy is not crying I was just stating what I normally do when I buy shares of taking out my cost plus a 20% profit and leave whats left to see what happens. I do have longer term shares that are highly likely to grow to 5 or 10 times. Apologies to all if my rants are frustrating just like to get things off my chest.

Aventurine thanks for clarifying my point we should have had comms that the pk study had started by now, I do wonder whether the partnership with Avion is all rosy and are Avion dragging their heels in the hope of picking up Lupuzor on the cheap.

Frosty the need for change is because we are fast approaching the 2 year anniversary of signing up with Avion and the SP went up to 30p. I should have taken my stake out then and left the balance to sit on as a gamble because with Imm it is, as you now there are many of us who have been in a long time when the so was in the £1.70's and probably have always had to buy more to bring our average down.

Tim McC as I said in my earlier post you have consistently de-valued the share price for shareholders and this RNS now says you are going to pull your finger out and start to deliver value to us. I don't believe it you could have given a better update on 5he PK Study, again nothing which will worry shareholders. I don't see many brokers recommending investors even with these changes.

Back in May I predicted Poland would beat us to completing the DMG this just confirms my prediction, we are so slow in this country at doing most things that benefit us as a nation.

Hopefully this week is week 7 of the 24 male subject study with only 1 - 5 weeks left with no update from Imm we will have to remain in the dark as usual. During Covid I've noticed the really good caring companies have become better and very good with communications etc. The bad companies use covid as an excuse and get worse at everything.

This day over the last 9 years Imm and Tim have delivered the following share prices 2012 the sp was 70.125p, 2013 -70p
2014 - 45.50, 2015 - 39.50, 2016 - 37.00, 2017 - 53.62, 2018 - 13.25, 2019 - 10.35, 2020 - 11.575 and now this year we start at 7.96.
Xmas 2020 we were 13.15 so if we eventually find 24 healthy men we might be up to 9p. Tim you have us all by the short and curly's and you don't care. Sorry needed a rant to the frustration out in the hope of some good news from Imm.

It was around this time last year that Immupharma raised their stake In Incanthera To 15.4%, Tim McC when are IMM shareholders going to see any return on this investment?. I don't expect any response from him because that would be out of character.

It is July 2021 but every time IMM have been late with their RNS's it's been bad news. And as said earlier Avion are probably working through their action plan and looking at the costs involved especially if the phase 3 study is going to be longer. If it is bad news then the company will say that is why we have made the recent personnel changes. Its worrying times I knew I should have sold when the partnership with Avion was announced in Nov 2018 I had a healthy profit then but I believed that Avion were going to drive it forward quickly. The delays have been dreadful and probably shows how bad IMM's data was when Avion started to get into the detail more. Fingers crossed it good news for all shareholders.

All, I know I have to be patient and trust more but I've been in Imm for many years one of the first shares I bought back at £1.70 and my heart would like to get to a £ again but I've been let down so many times.

The FDA response was promised by end of July last time we had a delay it was not great and the SP suffered is this going to happen again? We need some comms from IMM but we all know Tim McC is very poor at keeping shareholders up to date.

Reading between the lines I think Avion have either instigated or recommended these changes ahead of the FDA announcement, it may have been a concern raised about the previous phase 3 attempt by IMM.
I agree it's good news ahead of FDA announcement next week.

When are we going to see any payback from our Incanthera investment, Tim McC must be thinking everyone's forgot about it as we wait for the FDA announcement.

20 months ago when Avion deal was announced the SP went up to 30p without FDA approval, we all know Immupharma messed up their attempt at phase 3 and I believe this time Avion will have everything the FDA require in place.

I think this is a good RNS it shows the board have given him a seat on the board for the work he's done with Avion and the FDA so great news before the end of July. Also hopefully he will be a Tim we can trust and believe in as we all know the history of under delivery of Tim Mc

The 2m sell and buy is probably someone moving from a share account into an isa because there will be profits to be made here over the next couple of weeks before the IPO. If they are looking the new IPO to have an mcap of 25 -50m at least 51% of that will be on Alba's books increasing Alba's mcap

My prediction is that Poland will deliver before Peel

So what do people think the sp will be if we had one or all of these announcements in the next couple of weeks?
