My question really is that is the mcap higher or lower compared to then. The charts as someone said are misleading.

Occurs to me that its another 8 years left on the patent. The patent is on the use and mechanism as far as I can tell.

Following on from woodys message, it raised a question who is responsible for the application and responsibility of the trial? He was told to ask Clinigen when it would start. I always assumed that overall responsibility was with SNG and Parexel were outsourced to run it. Since when Clinigen has taken over this, and why there was no RNS about this. More importantly, what is the precise nature of the deal now with Clinigen. Have they handed over commercial rights etc...

I say this, because another company I am invested in IMM (like others here) have brought another Pharma on board who is responsible for carrying out and dealing with FDA for P3. But IMM have handed over rights to US market for a fixed fee and future tiered royalties, if the P3 is approved and successful.

SNG needs to come out and explain the true nature of the deal with Clinigen. Even if it was a silly mistake, they need to say so.

why can't IMM have 100 million + mcap in the short term?

I see companies with £250 million mcap in an area where momentum has turned... AVCT comes to mind, even SNG, ODX... the list goes on.

It will have production capacity of 2 billion by first half 2021. Most of all, they have phase 3 flu vaccine too, they want to make it 2 in 1 jab with covid and flu. This is the hare and tortoise race. Moderna and Pfizer are the 2 hares at the moment.... but not guaranteed to win the race. If the readout from UK phase 3 is >90%... we are in game here. If it drops significantly by then... even better.

On another note, have you looked at Novavax (nvax), its yet to come back with its results. It had the highest antibody response out of all of them, but started trials later compared to the rest.... Moderna mcap is 56B and Nvax $8B. If you haven't, not one to buy now but keep it on watch list. Read out should be early next year from UK phase 3. UK has a deal to purchase 60 million doses, and it will be produced in UK, as well other places.

Phase 3 in US and Mexico was delayed and to start this month. probably why the mcap is low compare to rest.

Any entry between 80-100, should be a good one. If it pulls back even lower, even better.

Its a sale of shares from one part to another at an agreed price so that the share price doesn't tank.

If he had sold it on the open market like some scoundrels over at RMS did, the price would have collapsed under the selling pressure of £100 million.
