This could well be a ploy to inflate the price so they can dump all their shares. They don't have the means to take over this company... they couldn't even pay $2.5 m. The company is in the clutches of con artists, and they want to extract as high a price as possible before they walk away.

They are playing the ARS Board of amateurs like a fiddle.

Me being lazy as I am a recent investor. I was completely oblivious to this dispute till about a week ago. I was hoping one of the eagle eyed investors would notice an increase in "other provisions" if there was any. This would give us a hint of whether they are ultimately prepared to settle this year or string it out as much as they can.

Though the sight of planes and ships getting 'clamped' might just do the trick.

The budget mention anything about the money owed?

It’s a stalling tactic. They will drag it out as long as possible. The only negotiations CNE should do is how quickly it will be paid.

Indian budget will give us a clue as to what they intend to do.

Though I am skeptical about their claim about Kent variant..... because they were well into their trial in uk before Kent variant became prominent in December.

Wtf12- the simple answer is that there is no deal on table and never has been. So he can sell whenever he wants, it’s not insider trading.

My gut feeling is that the valuation of the company has far exceeded what the market will pay if indeed if anyone wants to pay anything at all, So if you are not on the BOD, you can sell whenever you like and why wouldn’t you take advantage of the SP.

There was no deal and never has been on the table. Therefore he can sell whenever he likes. Simple.

The issue is the time taking to getting enough people on the trial. I presume it’s being done at a single site in Dundee, which is a small city. They should have got other Scottish hospitals involved especially from Glasgow and Edinburgh.

There is lot of promise here but it’s taking an eternity to get the recruitment done. With lockdown measures bringing the infection rate down, the recruitment process will slow along with it. They should look into getting the trial started at multiple sites.

And no, we don't actually know how effective the vaccines are in the first place, especially after 1 dose. If Israeli experience is to go by, its not as effective as whats claimed. The rate of infection even after 6-7 weeks of vaccination has not dropped down significantly, and they have been in a lockdown lot longer than we have. Instead they have extended lockdown and closed their borders..... make of that what you will.

ANGL has very good tech, solid Bod. This is not like your average jam tomorrow AIM company. They know what they are doing and have been working and improving working with scientific partners for a long time. They are more like a private company that you will see at Oxford/Cambridge science parks.

Was in it when they put all eggs in ctc market.It’s been a long hard dredge of 8/9 years to get it to this point.

Over the years I have noticed that it likes the 40-90 range. But now, the mcap is much higher as result of dilution over the years. Question is what mcap can it get to, we have seen some Pharma recently that have not strongly rebounded since fda approval.

I would be happier to invest in the 50s if it drops back.
