To me it seems that current BOD don’t have the rosy view on the success of the product as many here believe and want to get as much as possible in the kitty at whatever price or dilution.

GC is having trouble accepting that, as this is culmination of many years of his work and reputation attached to it.

The solution is for GC should resign from his 40-50k university post and man up and get on the BOD of rms.
