Came across this, which appears to be a dedicated Salistick website that Salignostics are developing, currently it appears for its home market although its offering translations in English and Arabic. Hopefully the link gives you the English version!

Clever marketing to get past "Salistick" and introduce it as "Sally" instead I think.

Anyone interested should really look at this guys LinkedIn profile and in particular the role he played in Israel’s fight against C19. A VERY top guy.

Now why would someone of this calibre and experience join a small start up with just one product (excluding a covid test)!

Tbh though I’m as, and perhaps more excited about the Loop DX sepsis test, and the Upfront DX stroke test, both of which could serve a huge unmet need in national health.

I was looking through loops socials yesterday and they first referenced our helping them in June 2022, just after they received a grant which they said at the time would be used to scale up, ce mark, and then commercialise, they hoped by end 2022. That of course has slipped, but we know they produced their first industrial batch last month (thanking us), and have just presented trial findings (albeit not published them). So they should now be working to get the CE mark, and thereafter commercialise. We will be making it I’m sure.

Upfront equally seem on a great path, having just secured significant further finance to scale up their test and run trials, those trials already taking place in Northumbria. So they too won’t be long to CE mark and commercialise.

With both of these, and hopefully Salistick, maybe we will begin to use our significant automated manufacturing capability.

Felt a bit of an idiot in not being able to find it HD2U, but there you go!

On the ‘1’ trades, it just seems v strange. I’ve watched this stock closely for ages and sure, there’s been the odd single digit trades but not the frequency we’ve had lately. I’d always assumed it was some kind of automated reconciliation although don’t know why. But it’s interesting too that the trades either go through near as damn it on either the bid or the ask. Is it really the market makers talking to each other or is that just myth!

Away on hols at the mo but tbh I was really pleased with the RNS. For context, the £4m revenue compares to £2.2m in the last year pre covid and the roughly £1.4m in the years prior to that. For me that demonstrates the greater number of test developers that blossomed out of covid and their need for CDMO partners. We’re on a good trajectory I think.

Appreciate the comment HDTU, but tbh all I am really doing is sharing whatever I can find. I'll happily share my thoughts for discussion too, but they are just my thoughts and I could quite easily be wrong!

In terms of Loop, it is an exciting possibility but again, they are a small company with a lot of partners assisting. I do think we have helped, I do think we have been involved in TT, and I do think we will manufacture. But of course they need to get approval and then commercialise - there is some way to go yet I think.....

Just to share my thoughts, but the post that Loop thanked ABDX in respect of related to the successful manufacture of their first industrial batch of their test. Manufacture of a first industrial batch normally marks the end of the tech transfer process, to evidence that the test can be scaled up, so I’m guessing Loop were one of our TT contracts and that we will be making it once it’s commercialised.

The presentation isn’t until 4pm HD2U and so I doubt we’d get any RNS on Thursday, and personally I doubt we’ll get one at all given the company hasn’t even disclosed we’re working with them. We only know we are because Loop thanked us for helping make it all possible in a LinkedIn post.
