RE: Placing rumours put to bed read below!15 Jun 2023 09:27
From the last interims, to 31/12/22
"The Company's cash balance at 31 December 2022 was £4.4m and is expected to be £3.7m at 31 March 2023. We also anticipate our adjusted EBITDA loss to reduce in H2 2023 compared to H2 2022 due to increased sales and the cost reductions made. The Group produces outward forecasts over a period of at least 12 months which are sensitised to reflect the companies expected cash position under various trading circumstances and believes that it has operating headroom for at least this length of time."
So we shouldn't need to have a placing, and we have to remember that the Directors are major shareholders and so it will affect them just as it would affect us. If demand is what we think it should be for Salistick, then it only further reduces the risk of any placing. But even then, I'm not worried if they CHOOSE to do a placing - I can't see it being for much or at any significant discount, and it will put the company on an even better footing to make the most of the various opportunities it has.
