Value of holding in Blackstone at the last look was in excess of 4M

So yes all.other assets for free, however things don't work like that I'm afraid?

If and when the merger takes place and our value increases to somewhere 7 to 8M then we will get a re rate in the market.

As for a distribution, dream on, CB hinted in the latest podcast that we will be hanging on to this investment indefinitely although there is no tie in to stop us offloading.

It may be that we may need funds to move H& G forward so we could cash in and fund that if alternative finance is not available

Not sure how much cash is required at H & G as that has not been disclosed, but 5M to 10M may not be out of the question to get everything done in today's climate.

Well there was a lot of words and bluster and one point that stood out was that Colin could no longer talk timelines!!!!! Very telling me thinks and I'm now certain that a mine will not be operational in 2025!!!

The end was more bluster and interesting he said the market is keen to see the licences finally issued as I'm sure it is!!! Also states that we are in for a good newsflow period? So if that is the case we may see some uplift in the sp going forward.

Mankayan discussed and appears we will hang on to the shares so no cash bonus anytime soon?

All in all a neutral interview, could go either way but let's face it Colin is correct that the current m/cap is exceeded by the paper value of Mankayan once the merger happens.

Yes extremely frustrated with how the progress here is taking an absolute age!

Rmc is correct, the sp is where it was last year despite various updates, of which the market has taken no notice. Nor have potential private investors as we see on a daily basis there are no discernable trades.

We do have Paddy though inferring he knows something?? Or nothing as is the case.

We seem to attract the odd numpty on a weekly basis who frankly have nothing to say other than garbage!!

The upshot is we are heading into March and we are no further forward than this time last year, there is no possibility of Hope being in production this year?

Yes we have seen some movement on Mankayan, but, it has not helped us one jot? In fact once again the market has ignored the news.

As I keep saying I woukd love to be proven wrong but as it looks at the minute I fear I will be bang on!!!

Fair play to you for sticking with this and sticking up for the BOD here. You have never changed your stance here which I admire, however I am now starting to question things here because I no longer believe it's such a good deal at H & G nor do I believe that a mine will be up and running anytime in 2025. The main points for my distrust are twofold, one when I hear things such as the Nomad will not let the BOD release certain details pertaining to Hope because it may be overstating the facts or overstating the potential?

If the BOD have everything in place and it's all legitimate I cannot for the life of me understand why the market cannot be updated! Surely if that is the case then it is the duty of the BOD to do so and that would then have a significant impact on the share price!!!

Secondly I could never understand why BZT couldn't update the market quarterly on progress at Mankayan!!! This again seemed evasive to say the least.

We have seen the share price reduce to almost zero over the past 2 years whilst at the same time we have issued confetti shares further diluting both holders and reducing the market cap continually, to a level which is barely cash shell values?

I need to see concrete news to interest investors and start turning around the constant fall we have seen, none of which has so far been forthcoming so far. As I said previously I hope you are correct and I am wrong but I'm seeing no evidence that this will be the case so far this year?

BZT are a minority shareholder in IDM and hold 23% of Mankayan and we know full well we have absolutely no control over the outcome of Mankayan?

I have this specifally from the company on an email I sent to Mike last year asking why BZT shareholders were not privvy to what was happening with Mankayan, I even suggested a quarterly update to provide such information. The excuse for not doing so was we do not control IDM which is a private company and we do not have a majority holding and therefore we do not have a say on how Mnkayan is driven forward, but specifically IDM are a privately owned, majority owned Company.

So I am sorry but we do not have any say whatsoever over IDM.

Yes good to see the takeover is being well received and Blackstone sp is rising on ASX. However look at our sp since the announcement??

The only benefit to us is of we sell our shares post merger and a good slug of money is received. I would estimate that would be 8-10m to have any significant impact on our market cap.

Don't get too carried away until you see improvement on our narket cap which is yet to materialise.

By the way anyone seen our Irish mate. He was one that appeared and subsequently disappeared posting crap day in day out!!!

Unfortunately CB had nothing whatsoever to do with the recent announcement, we are a minority stakeholder and have little say in what happens with Mankayan!!!

On the other hand, yes our value in shares is going up which is very good? It will be interesting to see what it is come May once the takeover is finalised and furthermore it will be interesting to know if we intend to dispose of our share in Mankayan or retain the shares?

Good news on Hope today, but again the market is not listening or interested I'm afraid? Neither are investors judging by the meagre trades thus far. I suspect we need to keep the news coming over the coming weeks culminating in the licence being formerly issued and all details of how financing to build the mine and the projected income stream once up and running.
