WB,
You said
"If prem continues to rise like my ITX shares did last year then another 3000% rise would certainly cover any losses here … and the rest."
Indicating, does it not, that you expect or hope that Prem may rise 3,000%!!!!, even 300% is laughable!!
Check your posts.
Mr T
"It's going fine Mr T unlike here they will be mining in time and doing deals with AAL . Do you have a similar size company interested in JV here ??"
This carp!! what exactly is going fine over at ufo? the sp is stagnant and has been for months on end now, a bit like here? doing deals? any cash/income to show for these yet? thought not.
Oh and your prediction of a 10p share price?? I think that covers it for now, at least, until you reappar with yet more bilge!
Mr T
WB,
Prem has 22 billion shares in issue and it's m/cap is 210M!!!
That is some share issue and demonstrates it's taken them a hell of time to even get where they are today!
A 3,000% rise!! in reality is a non runner!!! just work the maths out! and donr post silly statements!
Clon on the other hand is valued at **** all, with 4.5B shares outstanding, is just beginning to see some action after many long years doing feck all, I know where I would want my money. Yes dissappointing to see this reaction to the RNS, but, I firmly believe this is just a temporary fall back and in a few weeks we will be sitting here thinking, what a silly price the share was folowing the JV announcement. Patience is the key and lots of it with aim tiddlers, but, if you believe in the story and have done research then keep a tight hold on those shares.
All imo of course.
Mr t
Smiler,
How's the 10p forecast going over at UFO old son???? nearly there yet?
Diiddly squat happening there as well from what I can see, sp falling, nothing doing except talk talk talk!!! oh and a change at the top, which made little to no difference?
Keep dreaming though!
As I keep saying, it is a matter now of waiting for the mining licence approval, then finance should follow, then some big activity should commence and the sp should align nicely.
If on the other hand we get the licence and then there are more excuses etc etc particularly surrounding finance, having had 12 months to put in place, then I will be jumping up and down and I'm sure the current shareholder action group will do likewise, that I'm certain of!!
Mr t
Agreed, been in aim stocks for 20+ and I hve never seen so many black trades printed!!
Now I know 2B is a lot, but, goodness me we must have nearly munched through those by now!!!
Firmly believe this is the reason for the stagnant sp!!
Once cleared, whoosh.
Mr T
See link NextChemX market listing.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CHMX/quote
To be clear, NextChemX has 100 million share Capital, of which 28 million are issued, ie held by holders, all privately held as it is a Private Company although listed on the OTC market.
Here is the link to the current m/cap:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CHMX/security.
Valued just shy of 300M!!
Now whilst this tie in is not with a multi million or billion dollar company it is significant enough for little ole Clon!!
I am surprised the sp is not in the 0.20's following the confirmation news earlier this week, although I never doubted it would progress there were doubts bandied around once the deadline had passed.
The only reason I can put out there for the decline in the sp is that there is still an overhang of placing shares to clear, the volume of buying has stopped and therefore there are now more sells than buys. I believe once these shares are cleared we should see an uplift into the 0.020 range. Once more news starts to appear then I believe the sp will react accordingly.
There is also the prospect of some Sassanoff news over the next two months, If I remember June was the month in which another drill will occur following last years failure?
So plenty to look ahead to here and certainly not one for selling out cheaply, all imo of course.
Mr T
The Navigator,
I do half agree with your first two statements, MTL and gravy trains!!!
In this case, however, I'm prepared to give CB time to get the licence and then as I say take a further view if finance is not then sorted, as I say we have had 12 months to arrange this!!
Your third observation regarding Kwack, somewhat diminishes your views, as far as I can see Kwack should never be encouraged!!
Mr T
Giovs,
All placings are sold into after or even before the event, standard play particulary on aim.
I did expect a rise today I must say, extremely dissappointing reation this is by anybody's standards? I'm not quite sure why it is other than it appears the Aussies still have shares to offload!!
Mr T
The Navigator,
Are you a mining expert? in Namibia? can you negotiate our licence? and also negotiate preferable financial terms for us to build the mine?
If not who are you proposing?
Look, its not CB's fault we are awaiting licence approvals, these things take time and lots of it!!! CB was maybe a wee bit misleading indicating mining would be taking place this year at Hope? but as far as any other matters are concerned lets give him until the mining licence approval is announced, I would then expect finance to be announced very soon after, he has had nearly 12 months to negotiate this?
We will then re convene following these events.
Mr T
Well that didn't end well, although I do believe we will see a constant rise from hereonin, not everyday of course but we will see it.
What I can't fathom and I do see a disconnect here, is after the RNS the sp, shoots up by 30%, which is what I expected, then over the course of the day despite huge volume and apparently more buying than selling the sp falls, so either the market, MMS, do not know what they are doing. or there has been a lot more selling than is being reported. Plenty of black trades again which must be the Aussies. surely they must have flipped the lot by now!!!
Seen this before on AIM but as I say this does not add up!!! This is why I firmly believe we will see a prolonged uplift over the coming weeks and those black trades must end soon.
Mr T
Dave 85,
Thanks for sharing your technical expertise in the Mankayan update. It is a fact though that bzt does not control IDM and therefore has very little input other than to participate in a cash call? as a shareholder.
I would like to think Mank can IPO at some stage later this year, which I believe some of these recent changes may be a forerunner for!!! There needs to be some value attached to the asset before it can possibly start the process of capital raise on a listed market, so here we have at least the basis, of such a process!
Once the prospectus is released with some price ranges and the knowledge of the Capital intended to be raised then we will see what our share may or may not be worth. Mankayan has been dragging on now for many a year and it is essential that it is brought to a conclusion for bzt holders. The question will then become, what do we do with our share if and when listed, I think CB is of the opinion bzt would hold onto its shares until production at Mankayan became a reality? I'm sure that is what he hinted at, sometime ago?
As for a raise, I think we still have £300K to drawdown from the original loan, but one thing is for certain we do not want to be raising capital at the current sp, just to raise £1M at say .005p would involve 2B shares being issued!!! Therefore we need news at Hope before any raise imo.
We are now heading into April in 2023, the year in which CB stated we would be mining at Hope!!!! I assume the licence is the sticking point, hopefully finance could have been sorted by now but will obviously be based on the licence approval?
Things have got to turn around shortly, surely!!!
Mr T
Is everyone forgetting our other assets?
Sasanoff, should be a second drill imminent? Hint of this and the sp will move forwards, although we may need to raise capital to participate?
Ghana,??? any news here will see the sp move forward
All good hear, m/cap far too low imo, I would be looking for at least 1p, here at some point, m/cap, 45M easily achievable!.
Mr T
Hope and Gorob Project, Namibia
A decision from the Ministry of Mines and Energy regarding the Hope and Gorob mining licence application ML 246 remains pending. Exclusive Prospecting Licence 5796 has been extended to 19 October 2024. EPL 5796 is the licence within which the area of mining licence application ML 246 has been made.
Further work on the drill core generated during the most recent programme to test near-surface mineralisation has been completed and the new database is under review by external resource consultant Addison Mining Services with a view to generating an additional open pit Mineral Resource Estimate in Q2 2023 to complement the existing underground resource.
The key question is when wil the licence be awarded. Someone posted a link to the licencing authorities in Namibia sometime ago which indicated where we were on the list?
Does anyone have any up to date information on this?
Mr T
Personnel familiar with the Matchless Belt geology and in particular the Hope and Gorob style of mineralisation have been recruited to manage the next phase of exploration to test the balance of the known and projected strike length and other defined targets. Exploration will focus on additional drilling and it is aimed to commence this programme in Q2 2023.
Oh dear, one of our resident, lets be kind, silly people has just bought and sold a few thousand shares and made a loss in record time of under 5 minutes!!!
Now lets guess who that might be, Kwack!!! Smiler!!! Snoop!!! got to be one of them, surely!!!
lol
Mr T
"I keep on laughing on those who are going on about a license"
There we have it, a complete and utter fool, we already have one licence!! the other will folow shortly?
Out for the day I see? goodness me, what a tirade of abusive and non sensical rubbish? Anyone make any sense out of it?
Blue?
Mr t
