It's all well and good talking on these types of platforms. The problem is the majority do not know about it and do not listen.

If CB has all these big plans then he needs to inform the market officially. I suspect he knows deep down nothing is happening at the minute and therefore that is why we have radio silence.

As I keep saying there is zero chance of a mine being built and operating in 2025!!! It's May next week and virtually no progress again this year?

The Mankayan deal is supposedly happening at the end of May so we may see a little action then.

As far as I know we have no idea what we are doing with our shares once the deal is done? Again shareholders in the dark?

I don't believe you will be in bother with that offer?

It will be 2026 in my opinion before anything is up and running.

We are already nearly in May and not a word of how this is to be financed, let alone starting any serious works. Even if financing were announced next week I suggest that bzt will have to issue equity in one form or another which may mean approval bring granted by shareholders depending on amounts involved so that will end up being weeks or months to approve.

Mr Swann maybe correct indicating 2026 as the date.

If it were to be this year things would be moving here I can't believe we woukd still be valued at Zip but in the background word was circulating that the mining operation will be good to go this year. It just doesn't make any sense whatsoever to me.

Nice buying by the way but we have a large individual investor over at Clon buying at circa .08p and the price has fallen to below. 04!!! He has topped up again recently.

My belief is still the same here I can't see a mining operation being ready this year? I see you also add 2026 in your posts which is probably nearer the mark.

I'm still interested to see how this is to be funded because of the low m/cap it's going to be difficult to raise funds over and above that figure.

Hopefully by the end of May we may see some movement.

Agreed, but my point is that with the market cap where it is you ain't going to raise much!!!

The value of the company makes it extremely difficult to raise finance because as I understand it it will take more than the current value in total??? A major hurdle in my long associations with aim outfits.

This is a major reason for my current negative stance. The directors have diluted the company to virtually nothing and presided over a decline in the sp that now makes it very difficult to attract finance and to raise anywhere enough via a placing to self finance the construction.

Time will tell however.

You are 100% correct.

In all the years I have invested in AIM stocks it has never happened.

The other pertinent point is that it would be a pointless exercise as it will raise diddly squat.

The mining operation will need to be financed by a third party as I believed was inferred by CB many many months ago. There may be a certain amount of equity raised by the company as this may be a requirement by the investor/s, but at the current levels it would be very very dilutive to existing holders if this were more than £1M. The company is barely worth 3M at the minute at the current sp, therefore this is very detrimental to obtaining finance for more than the market cap!!! I believe somewhere I read that we would need £5M for the infrastructure build and set up to start producing. If someone knows different please let us know.

I'm not particularly interested in podcasts.

What I need to see and hear are official RNS's which tells the market where we are. Nothing can be built until the financing is sorted and announced. CB may say this or that around timing but it means nothing I'm afraid. If indeed any equipment being deliveted or installation has or is taking place how are we paying for it?

It is well documented there will need to be finance raised in order to progress the mine along with a possible equity raise, I'm not sure of the amounts but let's say circa 5M!

We cannot just start ordering equipment etc until finance is in place. Apparently CB has intimated many months ago that he has been talking to various backers and finance could be arranged swiftly following licence approvals. The fact is nothing has happened and we still do not know how this mine is going to be financed, therefore any timelines mentioned are irrelevant until we know this.

This is why I predict that no mine will be operational this year? I think William Hill would give you 1 to 3 on that bet???and 100/1 if you wanted to take the bet that one would be!!!

I look forward to being proved wrong.

As I say next good news should be May so let's hope that gets some traction to our sp.

Well as I was expecting the market reaction to the good news, again, is to mark us down on little activity.

Yes the well informed will blame The Don for it this time around but that is nonsense.

I cannot understand why the sp is not now .05p at least with all the positives? Mankayan! Hope? Selling Eureka, for a song but saving a little cash! Therefore could someone please tell.me why we are heading to all time lows?

I give up particularly with AIM it's one big CON I'm afraid. I only hold 2 aim stocks at the minute and will never ever buy one again.

I've been right so far and I'm afraid I will be right when I say "no mine operational in 2025" that is guaranteed.

Next milestone should be the merger in May, let us hope ot all goes as it should and our investment is somewhere around 5M which will cover the current market cap. I don't believe shareholders will see a penny albeit in a rise in the share price but that is now open to question.

Another bleak summary, but here we are.

Look I hold a slug of these shares. Luckily I didn't get involved until 4/5 years ago and initially bought around .10 and have averaged down over time. Still underwater but nowhere near as bad as some on here, 90% and counting, down!!!

I was a strong supporter of the company and the Bird have emailed/ spoken with various people and was assured eventually things would get on track.

I do not mind waiting as that is part of the AIM game, see Clon!!!!!! But what I do not like is constantly hearing one thing but seeing something completely different in reality.

I think you are partly correct we are in a better position now than at any time over the past 2 years but we are still yet to see Mr Market a aknowlwdge this in any way shape or form and we have the burden of 16B shares now in issue. That however can be overcome if the news rolls out regularly and is positive as it should be over the coming months.

Hopefully things are beginning to turn, but I still have a niggle that they won't! Based on my number of years investing in AIM stocks and the many disappointments I have endured.

Question for you , which is it that has the relevant news first, the company or the Nomad?

I think you will find it's the former and they are therefore duty bound to inform the Nomad of material information not in the public domain.

The company pays the Nomad a monthly fee to administrate announcements amongst other things on its behalf. I know all about the workings of AIM outfits as I was involved with one in a financial capacity a few years back!

All nomads works alongside the same rules so are legally bound by the market regulations to follow such rules. It has been suggested on many a bulletin board that certain outfits are shadier than others but I'm afraid that is pure fantasy.

Time will tell me old son, but I'm very sure that I will be proved right. No mine this year, the sp will barely move on the upcoming announcement and the waiting will be continuing.

The one bright spot maybe Mankayan in May?
