Ah, I see our friend was let out today and true to form he found his keyboard and hit the key he can fathom, repeat, repeat, repeat!!!!
Question, we have , an apparent investor, he uses the term "we", he rants, raves about the love of his life, CB, he shows up around every two weeks without fail to run down CB and all of his companies, he post on the other boards exactly the same garbage as he posts here, but you need to ask yourself, why!!!!!
Surely if he was such a smart investor he wouldn't have invested in any CB company. But as he clearly has. wouldn't he have sold as soon as he realised just what he had done, obviously being a smart individual of course!!!!
But apparently not. Now if he was smart he would follow DVH, buy 25M, and sell when it hits double where we are!!!
Come on Kwack, get your finger out of your arris and use your loaf old son!!!
Mr T
What the heck is going on? sea of blue! but all trades for a quid or two!!!!
Is this mm's settling their books, it cant be private buyers that is fo certain!!
MM's settling their books for a monster rise incoming, that is what I will go with, bring it on?
Mr t
DVH,
Good to have you back, I noted your absence for a little while, I thought you may have become bored and unhappy so sold up!!
Yes agreed, but as many allude to, CB does not have a good record on delivery? I believe the problem here is lack of bodies to help, CB has to more or less do everything himself by looks of things, I think he may need help!
The proof of the pudding will certainly be clear very soon, once the licence is granted, CB is carrying on as if this is a certainty, then I will want to see finance details in place within day's, not months, if as he says he is working on this daily and is continuing along the lines that the licence is a given then he should be able to deliver this is quick time. I know there is Chinese involvement on one finance angle, cant remember who the others were, but if CB is adamant that these talks have been ongoing for over 6 months then we should get a conclusion very soon after the licence announcement.
It may involve more dilution as BZT may have to raise funds to contribute to a third part finance package, but, I don't mind as long as we are not continually raising just to keep the lights on and the sp is then decimated.
As I alluded the other day, CD keeps banging on about BZT being a 100M valued company!!! make of that what you will, but I will say one thing he has not deviated from this view!
I have to say I am a little more excited about Clon currently, although I hold considerably more stock here, I think Clon could be huge if all goes to plan.

A few snippets re Eureka, as we can see this has been ongoing for over 10 years!! There was a hold up during the Covid crisis, so effectively it was put on ice for 2/3 years.
I cant exactly find explicit details of licences etc but it appears they have to be renewed every 2 years, there is a cost to this so this may be why CB referenced this in the latest RNS. It has always been the plan for a JV to be sought here to move the project forward, I believe it is obviously too large a plot for bzt to go alone on this, it also appears we own 100% of the tenements, but someone will correct me if I am wrong.
I suspect this may be as valuable as Mankayan, probably more valuable to bzt in fact as we appear to own 100%.
I definitely think something may be moving here as I remember Argentina shutting down all exploration and mining activities during Covid, or many junior ones, so fingers crossed we may hear some movement on this over the coming months.
Mr T

There was activity in 2019 and they had approval for EIA work. I'm not sure how and when the licence is renewed, but clearly looking at the RNS part of the funds raised were specifically being used to maintain the licence in Eureka.
I will post some links when I have more time.
Mr T
"iv) on the Eureka project in Argentina to maintain licence holding costs and to continue dialogue with third parties interested in acquiring or earning into the project"
This paragraph grabbed my attention from last week's RNS? its the first I had heard that something was moving in Argentina?
Anyone got any information or care to comment on what parties may or may not be involved?
Mr T

Good to see some "old timers" still here!!!
I agree it's all based on Hope!!!!
Thing is though. CB is constantly bandying around valuations of 100 Mill plus!!!!! for bzt.
That is his forecasts following us being producers at Hope and earning income!!
For me that is for the fairies, I will be happy with 40/50 as a target.
The initial spike in the sp following the ducks falling into place may be shortlived, so anyone wanting to take some profits will have to be careful as and when they do so.
The sp will only keep on going up if we have a news driven period, whereby news is dropped weekly, if all positive then we may go on a run. With Copper in short supply and a bull market for it being forecast this will help.
I can't help thinking that a sale of Mankayan is our better Hope !!!!!of a decent rise here or indeed something awakening at Eureka!!!
CB insists he is working daily here fir shareholder, up to now he has decimated the sp, it can only now get better, fingers crossed.
Mr T
Nice to see some positivity here for a change.
Mind, with the sp on its **** I can understand why some will buy in, cant fall much lower unless some unforseen disaster strikes!!!
Namibia is the main focus here as EkXoc say's mining licence approval should be a formality as we were told long ago that Namibia and it's government were fully behind this project. Now I have heard there has been some changes at government level and this is why there is a hold up, I think all applications were being reviewed by the new people "in charge", so hopefully we should hear something very soon.
Mankayan, we hold circa 26.6% of the asset, the current owners an Australian outfit are looking at an IPO on the Australian stockmarket, or alternatively a trade sale at some point.
Eureka is intersting, this was mentioned in the recent call with CB, which was unusual, as nothing appeared to be happening over there in Agentina with this asset! maybe we may get some movement on this at some stage.
Mr T
"Further funding maybe needed possibly but not right away. They have to just raised £1.3 million. CHMX are currently raising $2.5 million as I have shown before"
Lostsoul again on the button here, funds raised only 2 months back, so I would anticipate further funding will be at a much higher sp than that one. Once the trials are proven, a formality imo, then funding will be required to move the plans forward and quickly.
I wouldnt want to see another funding round at much below .25p, this will reuce the number of shares being issued to raise cash and reduce dilution for existing holders.
They may also want to raise for Sassanoff, further drilling campaign will be coming along shortly imo, possibly June/July this year, again hopefully the sp will be well above today's price reducing further dilution.
Steady as she goes for now, lets see if we can reach at least 0.20p by the end of the week??
Mr T
Silver,
Point taken regarding cost etc. However are you forgetting to add the costs we have put into Hope!!! Must be a few million!!!
So yes, the asset can return millions!!
It will need further spends however which all adds to the value of the asset as long as it eventually generates income.
Mr T
Shareholder,
The licence is imminent, the phrase. overdue could be used.
I have been informed that we are working on the basis the licence is a certainty. Problems with government officials in Namibia has delayed licence approvals across the board, not just bzt. There is a backlog, but any day now we should have the answer.
Mr T
Prickly,
Good to hear you're still here and you're adding!! Brave!! If nothing else.
I remain a firm holder here, despite the set back this week I still think bzt is a good bet and gamble.
Plenty of small aim stocks are finding it tough at the minute especially in respect of funding. I take comfort that we are funded, the annual accounts can be signed off, I suspect part of the funding was revolving around the Auditors and going concern. Therefore now they will sign off the audit report and there will be no issues regarding going concern.
Now although the sp dropped to circa 0.04 I believe it will recover quickly, so now we look forward to the licence, possible news at Mank, I also note CB referenced Eureka!! I found that very interesting!!
I hope CB is true to his word and financing HG will be sorted very soon after the licence approval. I expect the sp to be way higher then, perhaps heading into the 0.20's and beyond!!!
You gotta stay positive!!
Clon going well too, that could be huge!
Good weekend
Mr T
"Either funding/placing price has been leaked"
Do you know we raised 1.3M only a couple of months ago? Why the need for funding?
There will be more funding required but that is in the future once more news of the JV is released.
We may need funding to progress Sassanoff, but that is a different issue?
So unless you have inside information I don't really see why this issue has been touched upon!!
Mr T
