Maybe the muted reaction is due to the news not being all that good in reality.

The valuation of our cut is barely 3M which does make up most of our current m/cap, but hardly a large slug is it in reality? I was expecting our share in Manjayan to be somewhere north of 5M, it's a world class copper asset according to many!!! And yet it's barely worth 10M on the open market!!!!! Is that world class?

That is why the market has ignored the news as have investors, it's immaterial and not very exciting is ot?

Now it's back to H & G to give us an uplift in valuation!

With nearly 16 billion shares now issued its now difficult to see this moving much until some concrete news on H &G with details of financing and when production is to commence?

It's going to be a long wait, I'm afraid.

Agreed, based on this news any large payout going forward is now off the table. I suspect we will hang on to the shares if the merger goes ahead until the mine is developed, which will be at least 5 years imo.

So it's looking bleak here now for any increase in our sp in the near term.

No we cannot assume it has been accepted. Any acceptance woukd require an RNS as it is material information that should and woukd be required to be shared in the market and with shareholders?

So I conclude that this will drag on for another month at least, so there will not be an operational mine in 2025.

Goodness me, 2022! That is outrageous really, 2 and half years and still er haven't received the licence?

This again confirms my fears that as it takes an absolute age for anything to get done in Namibia we will be luck to be mining in 2027!! Again also confirms my theory as to why CB hasn't updated the market regarding the finance, structure or time frame etc?

Yrs they called a halt to those meetings as there were no facts forthcoming. They said they would resume once we had some concrete news to discuss.

That's interesting and explains the huge delays here. I can't remember the year we first applied for the mining licence, was it July 2023 or 2024? Either way that's unacceptable imo?

I agree we won't hear anything here until March at the earliest in respect of the licence, probably it will be May? Therefore as I say there is zero chance of the mine being in production this year?

Mankayan, I was expecting to hear they require funding again as the last one was over 12 months ago so they must be short of cash.

We were told that a float or private sale would occur in 2025? Still possible as its difficult to garner any news on Mankayan, again we sit and wait.

What's happened in respect of our other assets? Anything?

Perhaps it may be an idea to do a corporate update and inform shareholders what the heck is going on?

That's something Mike could attend to rather than ignoring holders emails?

I'm not blaming the company for this but it is a major obstacle to getting things done in Namibia?

we have not heard anymore since the ministry wrote to us and we were to respond. presumably if our response was satisfactory we would be awarded the licence. well we have heard js since the initial contact made to us??

this is i'm afraid par for the course partly to be fair due to the lacking of urgency on the ministries part.

Agreed no surprise those warrants were not hit. What was unusual on those warrants was the short period in which they were to be hit, a mere 3 months? Something quite rare.

Yes assets all there and yes some relaunch would be a good idea, but I don't believe that is something CB would consider.

The point I keep banging on about is the fact we are supposedly on the cusp of setting up a brand new copper mine which allegedly will generate income way above the current m/ cap and it should be complete and operational this year? Yet. Look at the current sp and m/cap!!! Something doesn't add up!

If the above were true the newsflow now should be off the scale, details would be emerging of the potential value of this project, details of the infrastructure would be disclosed along with how the mine is to be financed and full disclosure of the financial package secured would be announced with a full timetable of works etc.

Instead what do we have? Nothing? Still the mining licence is not issued, the ECC licence is outstanding so that I'm afraid tells me and the market exactly what is likely to happen?

I'm still hanging on and not sellng at these levels but at the same time I do not like being taken for a fool!

No he's not a ramper as he was on his own spouting all that garbage. Rampers tend to rock up and there are several ramping the price on a spike before they all take their pittance and move on.

Interesting that the warrants issued on a previous raise, matured today at .05p so I guess either, that investor is extremely disappointed or they knew full well there was no chance of that price being hit by today. I wonder if Colin spun them a yarn or two to get the money in?

I think you will find I will be correct?

Potential investors do not base their investment on posters on these type of sites?

If and when any material news arrives you will see huge volumes but in many cases it will be punters! Not investors?

I'm not pessimistic merely posting what I see and know is correct?

Ask yourself this, if a mine is to be built and active this year why is nobody interested? Why does the market currently value us at cash shell money? Why is there no significant news? Why aren't investors coming on board at these silly prices?

I'm not the most pessimistic but I'm giving an honest opinion, which is from my experience over 20 years investing in AIM minnows.

I will give you a wager, if the mine is up and running this year I will donate 100 quid to your chosen charity?

Sorry to be so negative but for me it's simply common sense, already we are at the end of January and nothing has changed? I would have thought we should be hearing positive news by now propelling the sp into double digits and plenty of interest from retail punters?

What in reality we have is absolutely no progress? And more concerning is that the market sees none?

Also they would price the chance of those warrants being triggered tomorrow at 1/1000!!!

That is where any uplift in the sp will come from.

I'm afraid any permits will take an age in Namibia or many other African countries.

We have been misinformed as to when or if a mine will be built and running? It will not be in 2025 I can almost guarantee this.

Just think about this, the amount of time it has taken to get where we are and we still haven't acquired the actual mining licence as of today!!!!!

No sorry everyone but no mine will be built this year in fact I believe Hope once the licence is tied up will possibly be sold, for peanuts? Maybe we might get the investment costs returned but that's about it.

Any hope here now rests on if Mankayan is floated and we receive a substantial windfall.

You need to research each and every company you take a shine to.

BZT has been a huge disappointment over the past 3 years or so, in fact if you ask some really LTH they will tell you for the past 10 years plus??

It all depends of course when and at what price you buy a bombed out stock, BZT really can't go much lower and has a couple of interesting projects on the go currently.

Hope & Gorob copper open pit mine also contains gold,is the one that we are currently talking about and off the record we have also heard that it should be up and running late summer 2025??

However my gripe at the minute is that we the shareholders are not being fully updated as to where we are and if we are on schedule for this to happen?

We still have not got the actual minimg licence secured?

Based on how things progress in Africa I'm not convinced the mine will be ready for production this year. There will in my opinion be other hoops to jump through and these will take months to progress to any mine being ready for production this year.

The concept sounds fantastic and the capex costs are not that great! BZT will not fund the construction itself as it value is too small and they would not be able to issue enough stock at the current level of the sp?

I hear outside finance is available but we would have to give away a percentage of the income to repay any investors? I haven't a problem with that as the numbers are quite good and it will work for all parties.

The other project that may produce a windfall of cash this year is Mankayan. We own roughly 24% of this project and it may be floated on the Australian stock exchange this year? Or it could be sold to private investors?

Paddy has appeared on this board over the past few months indicating he knows just everything that is going on with the Hope project?? He is involved!!! Really?

Personally I've seen many a newbie rock up on a board not just BZT, only to dissappear without trace when things don't turn out the way he or she indicates they will? So ignore is mu suggestion.

CLON is worth a punt imo as any significant news over thete and the sp will soar!!and ai mean soar?
