Note to Colin, before putting out incidental bulletins get the main issues sorted ie let us get the mining licence signed and sealed and then you can let the market know the fine details of the mine, ie, timelines, finance. financial projections based on what you say we currently have, ie, copper. Once that is done, then and only then talk about the fluff!!! Ie potential gold?

Keep issuing "jam tommorrow" updates does absolutely nothing for investor confidence as can be seen by today's reaction. It all sounds lovely and fuzzy and probably gets the blood rushing through Colins veins!!! But the rest of us sit here still waiting for the main game to kick off?

The market is not taking much notice of all the noise here at the minute, ie what is in the pipeline for such a tiny m/cap stock.

It appears we are again in a waiting period for things to progress which doesn't help?

I think all of these estimates and calculations are speculation, what we need is confirmation of all these numbers in an official RNS.

If anything remotely in line with what we believe and have heard then the market will revalue us substantially.

CB maintained a year or so ago that he thought BZT could and should be a 100M valued company??

Obviously since then more confetti has been issued? So that would be lower, but a damn site higher than where it is currently.

I would assume we have now formerly written yo accept the licence so news on that shortly and then we should be off and away.

The m/cap could be anything. Firstly you need to bear in mind the number of shares in issue, some 11B!!

So if a m/cap of 50M was achievable then the sp would need to be .40 to .50 which is where I could see it? Initially.

It then depends on other news ie Mankayan, good news there to the tune we could be in for a 10M or so payout woukd certainly help.

There will of course be another raise, again for how much, at what price and when are the imponderables?

Therefore we cannot guess what the M/cap will or won't be, it could be no higher than 10M if the finance terms are not favourable and we need to issue equity?

You can do the maths based on what we know the income to bzt may or may not be once the mine visited up and running, but, usually that means diddly squat. It's the newsfliw that counts on the AIM market and plenty of but it needs to be positive and consistent.

I still think the market is waiting for the licence acceptance now and then some meat on the bones regarding the next steps.

Mid 2025 is the date being bandied about now for production to begin, 20M annual income, if this all comes to fruition then we should see a very strong bounce in the sp from here?

Could be looking at .20 to .50p based on those numbers, but we need to begin with a decent newsflow period and it needs to be constant.

Mankayan news would also be useful at this stage to really push us in the right direction.

The newsflow here is dire hence the low share price?

We still haven't heard if our large investor friend has been diluted?

The market values this at barely 3M which is basically cash shell valuations? Nothing added for the work done so far? In fact the valuation is worse than at the beginning of the great lithium news!!!

One has to ask why?

I'm sticking with it though as surely something has to change. Maybe a change at board level would help?

Once deluded you retain your shares in a private limited company, which of course will not increase in value unless the company makes significant profits. Then you will fund it difficult to offload them? Basically fir the dustbin?

Who knows why people buy shares in a company that is delisting? Perhaps habitual gamblers! Or are they indeed buys?

I agree, the question however is, how long will it then take the Namibium authorities to confirm that BZT have accepted in writing and therefore the licence is then "live" and good to go. This I assume will be the next news, let's hope it's not too long away.

I think once this news drops and we start to see some real news on the project the market will look to revalue and the share price should rise significantly.

The 20M was the figure indicated in the mosr recent discussions posted on here.

Either way the amounts are staggering for a company valued at 3M!!!!!!!

I hope the periods between news on Hope will not be too long which allows the sp to drift back down.

Next news should be the Company accepting the offer of the licence and then newsflow should be constant and regular.

20M usd annual income?

Obviously bezant won't be keeping all as they will have to do a JV to finance the initial project.

Nonetheless, with a M/C of a piddly 3M the potential is enormous based on what I have just listened to which agrees with what CB infers.

Relaxed here now awaiting the newsflow to begin.

Agreed, but, maybe more detail will be forthcoming once the Company have signed the deal and licence application offer, off!

I would hope that is the case because as it stands the market has completely ignored the milestone as have investors. No interest today so far?

One good aspect, the company is in a really good position at this point;

Money in the bank, although funding will be required again,

Mining licence now secured, which transforms the project and the valuation of the project,

Manksyan, hopefully to be monetised next year

Plus the other projects still in play?

As I said yesterday the M/C here is far too low, maybe the market just needs to catch on?

The initial increase was based on a investor investing at 0.035 to raise 250k?

The sp today is still below that, despite us now having the licence! The m/cap is ridiculously low imo?

I would like to think we will see a steady rise going forward now and there should be plenty of newsflow.

It is granted. It just requires acceptance by the Company which is a formality.

Newsflow should be huge now over the coming weeks so we should now see a big recovery here.
