I'm a believer Greenhills and will be holding long after double figures have been achieved and most have moved onto pastures Green. I think I just want the progress in sp to be happening soon as it would act as anchor for other opportunities out there. STAR is my most confident holding.

for what you might expect to be a general drift down on the lack of news coming through. But when I check other holdings I have the situation is similar - drops for no particular reason and bigger than a general drift down due to lack of interest. Is something going on in general in the market? It reassures me but the hit on the (paper) pocket is still there. The sooner news comes the better

you can't help but feel a little disappointed, especially after the promising start where I thought we had lift off. But I think like some of the posts here have alluded to there is no reason to be concerned. One post from a respected poster (Mu) said last week that this is a one for the patient. We had invested too much hope into an announcement from the CES and it was a good post earlier in the week (Wo) reminding us that Star is going to shine on multiple fronts and was never reliant on just this week. Let's get the 'significantly increased revenues' from 2017 officially in writing showing that progress has already been made and then the new business coming our way will really make us motor.

the sp moving up and making ever higher levels since the placing. And this is with no news from the company. I'm almost wishing for the good news to be a long way off so that when it does come it propels the sp from a higher base

That is exactly my understanding WHL. There is probably a NDA in place but after the launch is done then the cat's out of the bag. I expect a RNS from Star, why wouldn't they, and of course the chatter across the internet will increase interest and investors will want to get in. The savvy ones are already in of course

of all this investment stuff and expectations of rising sp. I said I wasn't going to obsess about the day to day news etc about STAR then the B announcement springs into my mind and I've got to check. Then I settle down, then I think of the significantly increased revenues coming through and check again. Then I settle down, then I remember the bike deal and I have to check again. Then I settle down, then I think of the CropX agreement and have to check again... Before my obsession I used to invest and then forget about it. Checking monthly at most. If I start obsessing about other investments I will need psychiatric help and so need to call a halt. I'm signing off and will be back at the end of 2018 to see where we are. Goodbye.

Agree they are positive and are making me consider a top up here. I have been a LTH for years and been very disappointed with progress, factory etc. It seems that the Company are finally getting their act together and creating a believable future that will actually happen and reward investors. When I initially invested at about 20p there were hopes of an achievable sp of 100p with the plans outlined. This is a leap from here, let's get to 20p first, but the renewed optimism and positive outlook should reward investors from this level.

for 2018 (or hopes and dreams?) The Markets are closed for 2017 now and like any year in AIM it's been a rollercoaster time. In the spirit of the season I give my thoughts for the coming year; something to laugh at or poke my chest out for in a years time. Predictions: 1. Starcom will end 2018 at a sp of 7.5p. No doubt a little low for most readers but hang in cos 2019 will double this. 2. The path to 7.5p will be made with a small number of 'leaps' followed by long sideways movements 3. There will be no significant drops in the sp; so no obvious extra entry points. Resolutions: 1. I'm not going to obsess myself with the day to day chatter about STAR (probably break this one) 2. I'm not going to get upset with those recent investors getting in at sub 2p levels and telling LTH's how they knew when to invest. If they are making money I will be too. 3. I will not sell any of my holding even if my prediction on 7.5p is exceeded 4. If STAR 10 bags I will still work my notice at work (Mmm...) Enjoy the New Year celebrations and All the Best everyone.

In the quiet moments when I've been recovering from too much food etc my investments have been swirling around my mind. (Un)surprisingly at the forefront is Star and it is the one that fills me with the most expectations for 2018. Found a grand down the back of the sofa and so have just topped up. Come on 2018.
