I'm hopeful of hearing some news soon on how the order book is looking. The sales team must have been hammering on doors asking who wants to do business with a Bosch endorsed company. That's if they do get out and about as we are 'the go to company' and therefore might keep travelling expenses down.

workers over there? Really? Should have been able to give quicker info to board then, and more accurate.

Apologies if it has been discussed before but can the lost production be recovered with extra shifts/weekend working or is the production geared for round the clock anyway? At current vanadium prices wages must be a small component and after not earning workers would be keen to replace lost wages.

that I think we are all waiting for. The Bosch disclosure hasn't ignited the sp which still remains a little puzzling to me. The wider market seems to be waiting for confirmed orders and future predictions. It all seems tantalising close but when is the question. The stated fact that Star are becoming the 'go to company' suggests that it can't be too far away. Perhaps the initial orders from the blue chip companies are just not quite big enough to warrant a rns in themselves but accumulatively I hope they reflect the optimism given by the bod. It is a waiting game. I'm patient.

My overriding thought is that I remain a LTH because the fundamentals and the potential remain positive but I have a less rosy picture of the business and the bod. This could be no bad thing as it keeps you focussed on your investments and how to behave in the future. Whilst someone said the sp at sale point is the only one that matters the sp currently and what it could be in the close future is even more important in my view. Had the sp increased as we all hoped I would have been planning a different future to the one I now am. I was to use the paper gains as a spring board to other investments and choices. So I am a little disappointed but isn't life like that.

I'll not take offence Mr dreams, I'm larger (16 stone) and more serious (I worry about global warming) than them and I've been invested over 4 years.

reaction. Another learning opportunity on AIM. Everything we expected (all good) was there in black and white. What was there not to like? Perhaps I would have liked stronger info on future Bosch order expectations but an sp drop? Mmmm. I guess as the sp did not immediately lift a few decided to sell and this gave them the excuse to take the sp down and one or two then panicked. Another learning opportunity on investor behaviour. Spotting a good company to invest in is just part of the job on AIM. I've done that bit. Pleased I'm a LLTH.

Strange how some people just pop up from nowhere, have done no recent research and post negatively. There are so many positives here, mentioned before by others and the only negative I can think of (if you can call it a negative) is that the growth which is happening may not be quick enough for some of the get rich quick 'investors' on AIM.

Picking up on the comments recently I think it essential that posters like Pdub continue to post. The quality overall recently has become very poor and worthless to anyone dropping in to see what is happening in the world of bmn. Bring back the quality that got me hooked.

as I always have been with STAR. I'm putting thoughts of FOMO Friday out of my mind, not really interested in short term gains as they will be eclipsed by the long term ones. Volume has been good and we may have taken on board people who have long term gains in their plans; this will cut down the free float and provide an excellent base for when it dawns on the market where we are heading.

about how today has played out. Must admit to having had a little bit of a worry (AIM and all) but very encouraged by the level of buying. Obviously people are focussed on the underlying progress and potential. It just shows you should never be panicked into decisions.
Feel sorry for those who could be feeling bruised with up to 25% losses.

after today's events. After returning home to see the unexpected drop in sp I've quickly trawled through the rns and the (many) comments. What sticks in my mind and what am I left with after it all?

- Nothing is predictable/surprises me on AIM. Don't have all your eggs in one basket
- BMN are confirmed at making profits just not as much as we would have hoped for but more than the sp would suggest. We are undervalued.
- It's a mining industry and issues can arise such as strikes, no biggie but the current Management should have prevented the one reported (?).
- The local community issues need explaining. Political issues in SA can weigh heavy on investors minds.

All in all we are progressing well and bmn remains a very good investment

As I ponder the way forward I keep in mind that investing is not a one way ticket or everyone would be rich. It's the patient and the steady heads who win out.

Been trawling through today's posts to catch up with what's going on in the bmn world. Read header.

My own thinking is along the lines of Nickderby in that the results are so good and they are wondering how to handle things. Along with other positive news they have they may have concerns about short term euphoria in the market.

I'll AIM for that. Excellent humour lads.

One or two making predictions which shows the optimism now growing in STAR. In a festive mood last xmas I predicted 7.5p by year end (2018) and a doubling the year after. One or two posters thought I was being overly pessimistic. My mood since the predictions has shifted around much like the mood around STAR. The predictions were made without the increased business from the concrete firm and Kenyan cars. Who actually knows where the sp will be by year end? Not me. All I hope for is that the sp has a gradual, respectful rise (no disruptive spikes) to a level that reflects the business as it stands combined with what it is likely to become. That my friends is very exciting and could make us all look at our predictions and shake our heads.
