WTF is really going on ?

That is the $64,000 question, judging by the lack of any year end update, perhaps AFC are struggling to provide an answer - they should be embarrassed.

Just 6 more Monday's remain in the quarter, and 30 business days never expected to have to wait this long, hope it is worth it. Having seen 350p I am looking for a decent advance on that, so 600p will do.

1471 shares a tad below 200p increases my average but round up the holding.

Could Centrica be involved? - that is my Question
I note they commenced buy backs in November 22, and announced further buy backs yesterday (so £550m in total)
The strange thing is they are not cancelling the shares, but holding them in treasury.

Another £300m just announced today - Interesting to note there is still circa £130m of the original £250m to go. Today they paid 102.7p for the shares and on 16th Nov 2022 they paid a tad over 85p. for the first tranche. Lets hope the share price continues this level of progress, should definitely underpin the current share price - onwards we go.

I hope you are right - I can see GL buying from Quadrilla, and him asking us mugs for the funds to do so, it is just his dream.

Is that enough for you, it is no wonder there are many dissatisfied shareholders on this BB. Those that are not dissatisfied must have the patience of saints or perhaps are brain dead.
The chap in charge of this company takes £300k pa plus a bonus plus free share options. - as a shareholder my opinion on bonuses and free share options is that they should be awarded for "going the extra mile". That extra effort would be reflected in the company's progress and share price - and it is not.
Haggis will accuse me of being a "con man" for this angry post - time has come for change at AFC - God knows what's going on with all those employees in that Factory Unit - we shareholder certainly have no clue.

this sidetrack is set to fail. ANGS have spent a lot of time and money (it's only shareholders money/dilution) trying to get smart. The statement from GL "paying off debt and paying a dividend in 2023" will come back to bite him. He has geothermal ambitions, when really he should have been getting Saltfleetby up and running profitably to drive the future "in time". The man is an expensive joke.

As of tonight CNA have 117,068,229 shares in treasury (they have bought back 117,215,348 in total) not sure what has happened to the difference of 147,119. With most buy -backs the shares are cancelled. My question is what happens to the dividend on these shares. Not sure what the ex div date is, but on the basis they are buying circa 2m shares each day the number will be higher and the sum involved (at say 2.5p) currently is very close to £3m - any ideas? My second question is what are they planning to do with all these shares?, I also expect another buy-back to be announced tomorrow. Hopefully the market reacts better tomorrow than it did to the Barclays and Glencore results.

Good results, with a terrible share price reaction that will detract the politicians from screaming for additional tax on profits. Share price will bounce back within weeks.

No RNS, GL probably sitting around a table with his army of advisors working out how much he needs to raise to chase the next rainbow.

Just hope "those Greek's" have a lot more money than they did a few years back.

As we still wait for AFC results for the y/e 31/10 2022 I note that Barclays and Centrica and several other major companies are due to announce y/e results for 31/12/2023 this week. AFC have not even sold a product, what on earth is going on.

I agree this is time for Centrica shareholders. The problem in the UK is no matter what happens to short term gas prices customers of all energy company's will still have high bills as they suffer the costs of the thirty odd suppliers that went bust and lost billions of customer credit balances, the regulators should hang their heads in shame.

So when will the "costs" be disclosed, probably at the same time as the next raise coupled with yet more warrants, my guess the middle of next week.
