Keith Hill.... 'So that's what we want in 3B/4B. I think for bringing in a partner, I think it's a useful thing to have an ESIA done. We've got a CPR competent person's report being done, should be done in March, for sure, and we will publish the results of that'
we all know Gils timings are off, but I recall he said going well at the November presentation & subsequently said in December 'We are seeing growing industry interest in the entire Orange Basin, and in particular in Block 3B/4B, and as announced last month, a collaborative farm out process is underway.”
The bod occasionally write and tell us all how well the oil world is doing and how major success in exploration is being discovered for other oil companies but is THIS company going to anything...ever..? My share certs are covered in dust!
TheItalian.... only you can answer that- but I took the view 2 years or so ago to start adding regular amounts of cobr to my pot, and still do, and now have a few million put aside in my isa. I dont need to continually look at the share price because I know its a slow runner. & IIve taken the view spare cash is probably safer here than most stocks this year... At some point we all expect COBR to get a significant rerate from this sub 2p area. Who knows when?
The thing with being a shareholder in a mining prospect is you have to have patience…..and time.. I reckon I’ve got about 25 years (pending any bugs or elderly falls) before I need age care support and will need my cash back from cobra….;-)
But by then I’ll be too old to work a computer or remember where I left my cobra shares…
I've got a couple of metro personal accounts and only use online- but had a quick look in the St Albans branch last week.... its looking a bit tired. The plant stands only have mud and a few weeds and plenty of rubbish, the desk areas- 11 in total, were all empty apart from one and the general decor looked like it could do with some updating. So either the company have cut back on all maintenance or the manager is not paying attention to detail... In any case some spending in store is required and will no doubt hit the bottom line at some point
its been a long slog getting back to £1.40 and Ive taken a few off the table. But I do believe the trend is with Metro and the banks in general, so will buy some back after results, (which I think will be positive but nothing to get excited about)- whether that be £1 or £2.
according to lse there are generally more daily sells than buys- but the SP is ceeping up- so the single trades are having some effect... company controlled?
