Oldtramp and the team here
From my previous post here you may have noted the webinar discussions.
Please feel free to add .
Oldtramp - your doubts were somewhat clarified.

SP here is slowly moving up . Slow but steady
Cheers

- It is good news Mr kermis in BOD has brought shares in open market in his SIPPS which gives lot of confidence in AAU.
- Just Checking - why is the SP drop today - Lot of sell offs today. Is it related to the economical cash crunch situation in turkey at the moment .
To all LTHs
As a newer on AAU, I have received a voting date for AAU BOD last date being 24th august.
As you are well aware of the BOD, it will be useful as to what your choices will be , so that recent entrants like me can go with you. Are you totally happy with the current BOD ?? to be voted again
cheers
MK
I agree Phoenix - PJ appears class apart, although time will tell.
One of the worries on Aim is Placing - which will be hated by PIs . It appears that will not be the issue here - Thxs for clarifying this as there were only so many questions which you could ask at yesterdays webinar.
It appears that there will be "News after news " here.
cheers
MK
Thxs Paddy for uploading link for Troy angus from Paradise asset management
Take home points for me were
- Gold will continue to have bull run
-Gold will outperform Sand P 500
-Newcrest stock is cheap and undervalued with his reasoning of liquid assets
All good for Gold and GGP
cheers

Director Johnson - started with personal intro and his aims for POW
Wants shareholder and longterm value to be created
Desires to make money for shareholders
- Believes in POW and has put in upto 240K of his own Cash in( not in terms of options )and has skin in the game- said he is a family man and wants value for his family too for his time spent on projects. Has good experience from the past- seems he worked for AAriana and metal tiger in the past
GOLD and NICKEL being the primary focus of 6 projects in 6 different locations, with high potential
Victoria Australia ( Blue ribbon and Sardenia) , Botswana, Cameron, DRC, Tanzania and USA Arizona (Alamo project- geo surveys underway)
- well funded for explorations in different projects .
Answering to questions :
Would like to see most of the projects active may be at the same time to improve shareholder value and to see SP in multiples ( he knows this as a Chartered accountant)
- regarding Bellarat tenement EL007285 with respect to particular licenc( aus) JV with Redrock long timeline of 5 years (Oldtramps question )- without being specific he said although would like to expedite there are planning applications and health and safety rules with other regulations to be followed.
- did not get his reply about AAriana resources involvement??? anyone here can through light on that.
All in all very upbeat on the prospects for the company and Shareholders.
Please add on any other missed points.
Cheers
MK
Just topped up - at 113.75, as i thought there is no point to wait further.
Strange SP action since morning went up by 17 percent syastariaght and then down to 12 percent.- on investing .com although it said 108.00 i could only buy at 113
Another funny question ; on investing .com when you ask for ticklerPOW it says African Battery metals - Ha Ha
Oldtramp - Good question indeed
I am still trying to get my head around the projects
Another question: The 51 percent by POW in Kvango resources - progress in terms of timeline of events and plan?
Your question:
MKumar In regards to a question i would like to know if they are still considering either of these
"It is however recognised that alongside internal exploration and development by RRAL, involvement of third parties could enhance project level financing and so support an accelerated timetable for activity on the ground as licence applications are granted and exploration approvals obtained.
One further option being considered by RRAL is a possible initial public offering ('IPO') for RRAL on a North American stock exchange for some, or all, of the project footprint. RRAL is in discussions with potential advisors in this regard."
