As you noted it is inept record keeping by the staff given the 2nd RNS which also tells us that the placing shares will be on AIM on 30th July and not tomorrow , as i read. Although 7 percent dilution , there will be still be people selling on 30th july and beyond. I take your point of forward selling of these shares.
Thinking positively a JV announcement will do good IMO

From the RNS today , it appears that the approvals have already been sought and the respective authorities FDA/ CE will be looking into this expeditively , may be within a week , given the urgency

ARahim and the team- as you mentioned ,the drop today seems to be due to expectant placing shares on 22nd July . Or else there should be no reason for the drop with all the good fundamentals - dont you???

despite multiple buys SP dropping under 200
?? Is it a usual final shake up to scare

Is this a possibility or you see they are forward sold .

Admission of placing shares on AIM is on 22nd july. So likely profit takers trading them thereafter IMO

May have not have understood the situation here with the RNS . Where would you apply for placing shares and when

JR and mj Valid SP valuations and the expectation
The SP movement on AIM as mentioned irrelevant in the long run.
For success of any project you need rich source and good BODs which I think with EUA and GGP have.
