What’s the latest date for the report and expected date for the AGM?

Interesting on the “What we sell” section to see a 20kW output option next to a residential home, with the 2025 planning rules on new homes that would completely ban the use of fossil burning fuels, switching to on grid electricity for heating would likely double the average new household energy bill. Would a 20kW fuel cell with battery storage 1: be enough? 2: Be cheaper than taking electricity from the grid? 3: Be backed by some form of government subsidy or other incentives?

Have been thinking about what possible benefits there could be around self contained fuel cell charging stations vs mains charging systems. One of the biggest benefits if these systems are self contained and sustained is that the engineering works needed to set up would be much lower, in theory it could be the same as dropping off a diesel generator, no construction, no digging up of the car park to run the supply cables. A large supermarket could allocate a far corner of the car park to eight or so of these machines without the complex, costly and time consuming engineering work.

I would at the very least hope that Adam has at least tried to market the product to Centrica as they and AFC have had previous contact.

Could thins explain why the results from Alkamonia haven’t yet been made public?

I’ve already stated this on a previous post, yes I agree, if all is well and news is coming, setting the options now is a very smart move. On the negative connotations of dilution I think you would have to be deluded not to expect further dilution, in hindsight I’d rather I only just happened upon this share but that’s not how it works. Best cae scenario for me with this share includes dilution by creating shares to tie in a partner such as DeNora.

Really not the RNS I expected or even wanted, only positive I can see is that if your in the know and want to spread the wealth and reward the loyal eployees and even yourself (JR) set the options at the bottom of a potential uptrend, lock them in and pay later if it all works out. It’s not as promising a sign as theBOD dipping straight into their pockets but at least on the face of it shows they see a potential upside.

What do you recon the projected cost of a 240kW AFC system is? I thought it was around $500,000 including maintenance based on the target of 4yr longevity and achieving just less than 6c per kW, is this way off?

Looks like two lots of two larger buys have gone through today, 2x 80,000ish together and 2x 100,000 together. Might just be people buying back in as British Bulls have now confirmed the signal as a Buy, for those that follow that sort of thing.

Mara: if you need money for a house I would suggest less riskier ways than investing in AIM stock. I have a lot of confidence in AFC and their progress moving forwards but I wouldn’t bet my house on it, it’s still speculative although now looking much stronger. I would also like to Echoe the previous poster in my support of the new format of reporting, adds a lot of confidence.

It could be that this information is sensitive and that’s why they will not disclose the deposit amount, it could restrict negations of a similar nature with other companies.

Must admit I was expecting a bit more of a climb up after today’s RNS, I’m thinking although reassuring to the LTH’s doesn’t offer anything materially significant right now for new investors, there’s no rush to jump in on this share yet at the risk of missing an opportunity elsewhere. It’s very much, all is ok, business as usual, wait until the next update, I’m happy for the moment to see the SP back above the previous fund raise and hope for a steady news flow moving forward.

I thought the next round of fundraising would exclude PI’s?

I’m extremely positive but I’ll count my chickens once they’ve laid a few eggs. Really happy about the RNS, starting to see light at the end of the tunnel and thinking of my end game and ultimate exit strategy hopefully out of this share and taking things easy in 5yrs.

One of the decent people? Depends which side of his/her mouth she was speaking my from, constant mis information, flipping between ramping and de-ramping, spreading unsubstantiated rumours. That poster as far as I’m concerned had a certain if not ambiguous agenda, my suspicion has always been that it was a second account of someone on the message board past or present and not the new investor she claimed to be.
