I still think there could be back door talks going on behind the scenes between Russia and OOEC. This drama seems bit orchestrated in my opinion and new deal should be reached in coming weeks. IMHO.

BOD might want to go down the non-producing Asset sale route. But if one of the Oil majors makes an offer for the whole company, then BOD will have to disclose to market.

Nice buying opportunity presented in the short time window( by the unexpected OPEC - Russia no deal.) They will probably agree on a deal in coming months as none can afford low oil price for too long...simple. and they both know it. Corona virus panic and hype should also be contained in coming months in my opinion.

Especially for someone who been waiting to get in before news and Warm weather start. Taking long term investment case here,. this panic phase will pass also like others in the past.

Sorry, been out of TLW for a while. Just bringing myself upto date with latest developments here. Picked up some good info on this board from some good posters I know over past 5 years...BTFAITH, and MavrickD, just to name a few.

Last time I was in TLW price was between 225 - 250p days.

Good entry price here for folks waiting to get in. IMO

It's all politically motivated in my opinion. Russians can strike a deal with OPEC anytime in coming weeks, by calling a meeting in Vienna.

Both Russia and OPEC cannot afford low oil price for too long. They just want to flush out US SHALE and Trump in my opinion. US election year. So Trump only ace card of stock market all time highs crumbling down.

TLW has oil price hedges around $57 and $52 a barrel, from what I read on this board. At $15 per barrel cost, company is well safe in my opinion.

50p could be the opening shot in my opinion to get the talks started. IMO

Thursday results could provide some hints....who knows, unless there is a leak before that. Then TLW would have to put RNS out to confirm. Either way staying invested here.

With rumours of Takeover going around, they obviously used 30% oil price drop this morning to fill their boots. IMO

Already priced in the 30% drop of Brent and US crude this morning.

Whole equation changed over the weekend after OPEC - Russia production cut deal collapse.

Analysts coming out with $20-27 US crude ???

It would be difficult to convince any parties to come at those oil prices if it becomes un economical to drill offshore. IMO.

I think few big majors could be happy taking over the whole lot. Would make good business sense if u got deep pockets. IMO

Don't think many got to buy in around 11 - 12p mark as no orders were getting through.

Still 15p is better than 23.50.....well happy.
