Higher the market price...higher the additional performance monthly cash payment from them to COPL.

l just wanted to double check deal terms after some were saying RF deal should be abandoned or revised. I personally think its good as it stands.

Essar M also had obligations to contribute their 20% costs....did they not? .....not just shorecan 80%...

I do not want BPC losing focus and getting distracted with this CERP sideshow. Worse case do not want CERP ending up being a drag on BPC and we end up sorting out CERP mess. Timing for this proposal is terrible....in my view.

Further re-enforces my own personal view, Riverfort deal could very well be negotiated 'HIGHER' without the need to abandon them. Every body wins. That is how I see this playing out with updated RNS next week once they hammer out new Higher price. Interesting....

Personally I think Riverfort deal could be negotiated higher at this stage and may be that's what Art is working in the background simultaneously while getting the EssarM settlement deal paperwork in order before doing next Podcast or Interview.

RF deal could very well be revised higher to either:
0.15
0.20
0.24

for a much much smaller dilution, but at a 'PREMIUM' to current price, especially after EssarM settlement deal RNS. That is why that was a real 'Game changer' news as the whole equation has now changed in our favour.

Copl could Re-arrange a NEW deal and price with Riverfort also if I am not mistaken after Essar M settlement deal as the equation has now changed dramatically in COPL favour.

How about placing @ 0.40 range?

There have been placings at a Premium you know. It's not unusual at all given the current Mcap and where this could be sitting in a years time. Any deal maker could see the massive upside that lay ahead.

I agree . Reputation is important in this business. River fort deal with Copl most likely brought Essar M to the table and agree a settlement.

Going forward, it's a NEW chapter for COPL and very exciting one may I add.

Price will work it's way up after other news bits come in. Pre-drill even @ 1p this would look Mega cheap for the 1b barrel resource Copl getting into.

I think it was probably a genuine filter issue. Might not even be a filter issue. My phone settings messed up few months ago. So I miss / skip some posts on LSE chat boards also when they are made. But then they show up later down the chain.
