I can't say that I'm terribly interested what benefits Warrant Holders. I am only concerned with what I believe benefits me.

If warrant holders happen to benefit from what I do, good luck to them. I think it would be somewhat of a mistake to allow considerations about what does or does not benefit warrant holders or anyone other than myself to influence my strategy. The same should go for anyone else.

Take a moment to think about it. Perhaps it'll give you a clue to where you might be going wrong with your own investment strategy.

Metals One has subscribed for an aggregate additional 1,461,653 shares in NovaCore at a price of US$0.587 per share for an aggregate consideration of US$856,000. The consideration payable by Metals One will be settled through the issue of 3,873,959 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Shares") in Metals One at a price of 16.487p per Share, being the volume-weighted average price of the Company's Shares in the 30 days prior to the exercise of the warrants (the "Consideration Shares").

The current share price is 4.91p. So it's reasonably stable around 5p or so

For a volatile share like this, I guess it isn't too bad.

I've been trying to tell people on here much the same thing but they just keep on having a go at each other instead of engaging in rational discussion.

I think that most of them are inexperienced and lacking in knowledge

One particular failing is that they don't seem to watch the charts or follow the trend that the charts show. They think they know better.

Let the trend be your friend.

I hope it does move up in the morning, but the head and shoulders chart says it will go down and the charts seldom get it wrong.

Someone said earlier that a cup and handle had formed, indicating the start of an upward trend, but they are wrong. It's definitely a head and shoulders with no sign of a cup and handle.

We'll know the answer in the morning. What happens will be decided by the inexperienced day traders. It always is.

The chart shows an enormous head and shoulders. Usually the prelude to a big drop. The charts rarely lie.

How much lower could the sp go?

I see what you mean. I've just looked. SDI is doing well so I can't see any other reason. It just shows what a crazy place the stock market is.

Down over 7p this morning. Anyone know why?
