I get the concept of the Parabolic SAR projection but I prefer the charts because I think they do the same job, but visually. If you understand the charts you only need the Parabolic SAR projections to confirm the story the charts are telling you.

MET1 is an outlier in my portfolio which mainly consists of established growth and dividend paying companies.

I believe that MET1 should have a good future. They appear to be doing the right things to give the company a fair chance of success. The charts indicate that the share price is on the way up. They have been under the stock market radar until now, but I think that is about to change as there is growing interest in it with more investors beginning to buy

We should have good weeks and months coming and there should be even better times in future when the company announces good news about mining development and sales.

In that case I could recommend you read a book about the use of charts in investing. Some well known charts have been given names. I don't know by whom.

A head and shoulders chart has a prominent head with less prominent shoulders either side. If you click on charts on this site you will see an excellent example of a head and shoulders pattern for the recent movement of MET1 share prices.

However, since you are such a successful investor anyway, you probably don't need to consult the share price charts. It's only lesser mortals like me who need to do that.

The current chart is between the end of a head and shoulders, and the possible formation of a cup and handle. If so, it appears to be heading towards an upward surge to form the right hand wall of the cup. The future looks promising.

I've come across M44 before. He doesn't seem to post often. I'm not sure that he's particularly interested in investing in MET1, or anything else, unless he feels it's a sure fire bet. He rarely seem to follow up his posts, anyroad.

It often takes time to settle down before a sustainable rise becomes clear.

You need to look at the six month chart to get a clear view of the cup and handle. At the moment the chart is only making it's way across the bottom of the cup

The cup forms first. It's only beginning to form the right hand side of the cup. When that peaks the handle will form.

Macrandolph, You will continue to be disappointed.

The deadly Head and Shoulders is still prominent in the chart but it's developed a flattish tail that, might, with a bit of luck, go on to form a cup and handle.

That often signals a significant upturn. The charts are rarely wrong, even if they are drawn by the actions of us mere mortals

I've reached my target holding.

It has everything to do with people's view of the potential. They will pay for what they believe the potential is.

I believe that this company has tremendous potential.

The only way is up. It has already started to fly and it has along way to go.

My MET1 shares gained almost 10% today. I expect more gains to come.

It may take some time but it will happen. I expect it to become one of the major companies in its field. This is just the beginning.

It is strange. They have no income. They're half a million pounds in debt. They've only got £8.96 million in net fixed assets and only £.051 million in cash . Yet they've got a book value per share of 23.3p. How do we explain that?
