Will 16.487p per Share, be the exercise price of the warrants?

Metals One has subscribed for an aggregate additional 1,461,653 shares in NovaCore at a price of US$0.587 per share for an aggregate consideration of US$856,000. The consideration payable by Metals One will be settled through the issue of 3,873,959 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Shares") in Metals One at a price of 16.487p per Share, being the volume-weighted average price of the Company's Shares in the 30 days prior to the exercise of the warrants (the "Consideration Shares").

Can anyone please explain what that means in relation the the current share price of MET1

No problem Dogsy1. I didn't feel disparaged. I only posted the info as something that might have interested people. It clearly did, but it was never important.

My main/sole concern is the sp and I'm reasonably happy with that because I'm showing a nice profit at the moment. I hope you and everyone else is also doing well with it. Cheers, Miner1

The report was on Stockopedia as at 4:35pm 01/08/2025 It was supposedly a report of individuals, including corporations, who own MET1 shares in their own names as at that date and time.

I would challenge for example, the inclusion of Hargreaves Lansdown in such a list because it includes all Hargreaves Lansdown clients who hold shares in MET1, including me. For that reason I would challenge the inclusion, in your list, of Trading 212 UK Limited, SIS SEGAIntersettle clients, Halifax Share Dealing clients, Bank of New York clients, Interactive Investor clients, AJ Bell private clients, Barclays Smart Investor private clients and Interactive Investor ISA clients. To include any of them would make a nonsense of the original list and detract from its purpose, which is to identify individual shareholders.

They weren't on the report I saw

Take a look at the chart link above. Ignore the main chart, its incomplete. Look at the small chart below. It clearly shows the head and shoulders that often warns of a drop. However, look at what's happening on the right of the small chart. The drop seems to have eased off a bit. If it continues to ease off tomorrow, it makes the outcome uncertain and we might even see the sp increase a bit. On the other hand, with all the pent up emotion on here, there could be a lot of buying that might push the sp up a fair amount. I've no idea how high it might go.

A head and shoulders generally forecasts a significant drop.

Someone has said that there is a cup and handle forming. That generally forecasts a significant rise. But a cup and handle is a very distinctive pattern that takes some time to form. There is no sign of that.

Could it go up to 50p instead of dropping to zero?

I have a reasonable size holding in MET1 shares. They are a small portion of my overall portfolio.

I would still survive even if the sp falls to zero and have an uncomfortable feeling that they might do just that.

I hope I'm wrong.

Ray Dalio is one of the 100 wealthiest men in the USA. He founded Bridgewater Associates that became the fifth most important company in the US.

It is an investment company. He started off as a 26 year old, trading shares from the spare bedroom of his 2 bedroom flat. At the end of his career he wrote a book, "Principles", about how he became so wealthy. I'm currently reading it. It's interesting and full of good advice about investing. I recommend it.

One of his principles was to be a nice person. That enabled him to gather a team around him who shared his principles and were happy to work with him , to build up his company and create wealth for themselves and everyone else who used their services. He also gave a lot of money to poor people around the world and encouraged his children and grandchildren to follow his example.

I'm telling the story to make the point that it isn't compulsory to be an unpleasant person to succeed in investing.

I'm not a newbie . I've been trading for many years. I bought into MET1 some time ago. I'd be very surprised if it hits 2p on Monday.

I wasn't attempting to deramp, subtly, or otherwise. I was merely responding, with a bit of sarcasm, to LTI's statement that it would drop to 2p on Monday.

Please remind me that sarcasm doesn't translate on these boards. Nobody gets it.

MET1 is just part of my portfolio. It's an outlier. The rest are all companies with proven track records that mostly pay decent dividends.

In the somewhat unlikely eventuality he proves to be right then I might well consider topping up, but I somehow doubt it that will drop to 2p

Incidentally, I've been trading shares for a couple of decades, so I've been there, done that and got the t shirt.

I think I will top up if this drops to 2p on Monday
