I would be far more worried if the payment was rejected and not accepted due to technicalities or things needing ironing out. What's a week or two more if it is now on the move. Could happen within a few days as this allows it to be signed off and I would assume that is all that is needed now, literally a signature, that said bring on the de-rampers.
I am staying put as several catalysts due, not just LOI not just funding but JCC & JDIA and structuring news also.
We are now entering a news rich period but sell if you want at this point.

At least PPIB who issue the LOI are now actioning on it so its not stuck in an In Tray and will have brought it to every ones attention and hopefully now it will be pushed along to completion, as they have received payment they should feel a responsibility to provide a service.

A couple of nice buys £9k & £32.5k, delayed but obvious a buy when looking at the bid / ask in real time.

Now that Pakistan have allowed employees back in the workplace I would hope that the Planning Dept is ploughing through their In tray and will soon process the LOI application which in all honesty has been probably sat there and not moved for a good few weeks.
I note on twitter a few orcp investors are prompting Asim Bajwa of the fact that the LOI is overdue & the importance to all parties, China Govt, Pakistan Govt and the economic benefits on the whole to the people.
If it plants a seed or prompts him to give Planning a nudge then nothing lost in trying.

Irrespective of how long to prove up WN and to some extent Parta it has been S&S's intention to give shareholders a return via a dividend.
My point is if you hold a few million, which most appear to do on here, then a very nice payday awaits for not having to sell a single share.
I hold over 10m so just a 1p dividend, easily do-able (if WN is proved up and monetised) is £100k, 2p is £200k etc etc.
I do expect S&S to return a large part of assets once monetised, that was their game plan and reiterated somewhat in the brr interview.
Yes it relies on WN being proved up but for me I may as well hold having come this far.

Unlikely lol but if we get LOI and Finance sorted in close succession we may well see 5p+, so might be best to set your sights a little lower and settle for a posh dinghy :¬)

It would appear that we are heading for LOI, Funding, JCC, Structuring etc practically all at or near the same time, in close succession. Bit of a shame that LOI and possibly structuring cannot be done now or at least a week or two separate to the other big news so as to underpin and push sp not only up but in a direction of momentum until the agreed funding from China Coal drops.
Even with Covid 19 Naheed should be knocking on the Planning Depts doors stating once LOI is issued it's all systems go for Pakistan / Economy, quoting the Pakistani Govt have stated the CPEC project should / would be put on fast track.
It will happen but nothing from Naheed at such a close juncture is disappointing imo.

Hi Badger mate, totally agree with the disconnect on Cali figures, on one well alone we were 500 bopd+ (albeit not stable) and an initial flow rate of another at 1,026 bopd again needing to be reduced back for excessive gas until a 'tie - in' to existing pipelines.
Cali will certainly pay for itself and revenue for other drills planned but something not quite lining up from early projections.
However, Cali is the small relation in the family and to have an sp 0f 0.6p with possibly the largest onshore discovery since Wytch Farm 40 years ago is an even bigger disconnect and I have high hopes for the sheer volumes expected to be proven up.
It's been an awful long wait considering S&S initial strategy of early exit once steepest part of profit curve had been attained.
That could be considered another disconnect depending on your view :¬)

Good find ajb, the average production (Feb 28 days ) for wells operated by RBD on those official figures is 725 bopd. We have 50% interest so approx. 362 bopd net to RBD. That alone is not being reflected in the current sp.
West Newton is a goliath in comparison, confident we will see upwards of 300m barrels once Cadeby Deep Formation is proved up and several hundred billion bcf.
S&S have stated more than once that Parta ( with the 'running room' ) will be as big as West Newton, hand on my heart can't see that personally but then they will be privy to more knowledge, either way it looks an important part of our portfolio.
So after an awful long wait hopefully we should soon see a re-rate of the sp.

Would like to think we will receive an RNS on the outcome of the meeting.

Not that I set a great deal by codes I thought the masses always stated that it was Code 1 for a pending RNS. Don't get me wrong I will take the RNS all day every day but personally do not expect the LOI tomorrow and as for the meeting it is the 19th planned CPEC meeting to date and whilst welcomed will realistically be a general update imo, could get dates for JCC though.

It is without doubt that the lockdown in Pakistan and reduced Govt staff numbers in areas such as Planning Depts who would be tasked to process and issue the like of LOI would have caused delays and hold ups across many sectors.
With the lockdown in Pakistan being relaxed this Saturday (just gone) then it does lend weight that the processing can begin to filter through and start to tackle the In trays once again.
The likelihood is It won't be tomorrow nor Thursdays meeting but the end of the lockdown does bring it closer now.

I agree with JStar, LOI should push us through 1p and then cash / funding to several pence. The big gains will be production in the not so distant future, important to keep our feet on the ground and lets see if anything comes from this Thursday's meeting.

No need to apologise, it was a poorly written TR-1 in my view, normally there is a before and after figure which gives the % which simply shows either an increase or decrease. In this instance the figure fell below 3% and the lower figure was n/a.
I am happy that Brandon Hill increased to over 207m shares 3 x what Nazario held (65m), I am happy it was that way round.

Would Brandon Hill increase their holding at the 11th hour just on a whim, due diligence would suggest not but AIM is a mine field.
I respect all and have no ill will towards anyone but suspect the approx. £42k sells on Monday and Tuesday may have been a certain person selling up and going back to GGP at a small loss on both transactions, the amount could be coincidental but is close to intentional investment figures bandied about a couple of weeks ago. I get no comfort from anyone making a loss irrespective as we have all been there and share a common goal to improve our lot.

Feel positive with Brandon Hills vote of confidence with their increased % holding and hope they have more knowledge than us mere mortals :¬).

Big CPEC meeting at Islamabad House next Thursday ( 14th) including Governor State Bank of Pakistan for local and foreign companies in terms of Banking Facilities and exemptions.
Meeting agenda describes comprehensive presentation on Infrastructure development projects ( Completed and On - going).

When there is a lengthy spell of no news it is easy to get frustrated especially when the expected news appears to be overdue. The LOI is in the hands of the Pakistani government depts. and they are the ones who have held it up possibly due to reduced staff during the coronavirus 'lockdown'.
It will be issued along with the JCC meeting expected mid - may so just a week or so more and then everything will appear somewhat more rosy.

I would have thought that Orcp would really want the LOI issued before the JCC so that it is a simple case of we just now need funding.
China Coal would also want the LOI in place surely before committing. They could both come at or near the same time, of course but order of things suggests LOI needs to land first.
