This major shareholder, Shumba has way more than 11m shares, that is why they complete the form that is called wait for it

This Major shareholder has access to the Coal pension funds on the Bots SE, nothing minor about this either.

There is speculation that one of the holders on the BOD of Shumba may have disposed of some or all of his shares, hence the near 11m sale

The question is who holds the other side of the trade. Well we think that Shumba is one party. A TRI will not be issued for others unless it takes them above 3%, you do understand this?

This could be a share shuffle amongst the BOD of and including Shumba.

Interestingly the Key man on Shumba relinquished his post on the KIBO BOD soon after the deal was done that vacancy is still open.

I am starting to suspect that the answer for the 11m trade which must have a buyer if they are to match, may lay with the BOD of Shumba, we may never know..... then again.

1. You coming storming back after not being away long enough to tell us that the sell is a major shareholder. wrong or is it just a lie? Major share holders fill in the form, we have not seen one yet.

2. The sales today followed a sea of blue, ie buys, so not a lie as you just claimed but a truth. I mean, you could not get that right, so how can it be expected for you to understand the RNS. The sales that followed the RNS are because people like you, do not understand that a major shareholder has increased their holding. So looks like you are wrong again or telling lies, you choose.

3. Once peeps started to understand that which you clearly have still not grasped, we have seen more buys. No lies there either.We may even finish the day blue, By the way this is speculation, not a truth or a lie.

I think the RNS has confused you and as pointed out by another,your first post today has encouraged you to fall flat on your face and you keep on face planking....stop its not going to make things any better.

KIBO has increased its holding in Kat, a very small part of the jigsaw that is kibo

If you do know who is on the other side of that large trade then I would like to know.

Bb perhaps you need to read the RNS again and you will see that Shumba have increased their position

Looking forward to the next progress report for Q1 so much to look forward to including raising additional finance to push the projects along.
