The moment that the panl agreed to accept the financial security offered and then held the two day coffee loaded hearing. this was a significant moment. there are some posting here who believed that would never happen. They aggressively lambasted anyone who did not agree with them, still do.

The panel following the CC presentation must have retreated with a ''WTF do we do now? We have only heard just 6 of the 17!!''

I suspect they have worked their way through all 17 points raised and may have been able to cover some of those off, but not all, and only 1 is needed for validity.

As far as I am aware D Q has not made any official statements since the last meeting with those who attended. The only public statements since then have been by RNS

I would be surprised if he would wish to proceed with the Indon project. I suspect many investors would be very much risk adverse in this regard.

If it was put to a vote to 'pay out' or proceed with investing I suspect the vote would be for a 'pay out'.

In addition I suspect that this case has taken a toll that many here will not see or know about I would not blame DQ for taking his rewards and seeking a quiet life.

I disagree there are now 3 late stage energy projects totaling 750mw for phase 1, to be double for phase 2. plus any coal sales that may arise. in addition MEd look like they are past first base on two of the three initial due diligence tests for the UK. With an additional 84mw up for appraisal.

Therefore not surprising at all that more realistic posts do appear.

I understand that the process allows for both parties to see in advance the thoughts based upon their interpretation of the appeal made by CH. This gives both parties the opportunities to question and respond.

The above process to be covered by an NDA.

I suspect the parties will get a ''sense'' of how this is looking based upon the Q& A.

Investors will know soon enough and will either be happy/unhappy accordingly.

Non investors who appear here now and then will get the same. They will react accordingly.

the salient point is that II are not needed if the intent to sell on proving up is still the same. What does it matter who owns the shares if they are to be bought as part of a buy out?

Should the intent to prove and sell up changes to commercial production this may then be reviewed.

the only investment that 88e are interested in is the FO.

Do not forget it makes no difference to the amount of stock in issue if the intent, as stated is to prove up and sell off. Should that intent evolve into commercial production then perhaps this may mean a new approach.
