happy elf do not worry about RMP involvement with WINX. Their only involvement is the funding. They are in effect a silent partner, despite Bandy liking to hear the sound of his own voice.

Perhaps it will give the Tanesco MD a hurry up to announce what happened with Phase 1 of the tender process. They may need Phase 2 concluded even more quickly

I am not too sure the monthly cash burn is that high anymore. I get the feeling that the big ticket stuff is done and dusted awaiting a SEPCO or AN Other. I suspect the March deadline for SEPCO has more comfort built in as LC will not want to wait until deadline day and be forced into getting whatever he can and be a price taker because of it.

There will be a need for funding, how much and when is still a mystery
