IB only allow purchase and sell through matching orders at auction for small caps and AIM. I know as an expat I am very restricted and not allowed a UK based broker and use IB. You8ncan message them and ask that you deal open market, they can allow this as i have had some succcess that way

Oil In Place(OIP) is not the same as Commercial Recoverable (CR), I wish it were!!. If you can get above 8% on CR then you will be doing well. A mothballed local refinery would be an advantage to a lower & recoverable % measure.
