Just a quick question re Icewine shale
There was a time that the west and east wings were thought to contain the highest volumetrics as the both dived deeply. The recent announcements for Icewine 2 suggest that the main play is further west.
Does this mean that the eastern wing of the shale deposit is now written off as a prospective resource for shale oil as well as Franklin Buffs?

A/ The shape of the thermal maturity curve remains the same (a moustache or rainbow). It has just shifted a little north. East and West remain the largest areas in the “sweet spot”.

I think we are both saying the dam is a political decision devoid of economic fundamentals. The only thing that will change this is a new president.
